Got here 30 minutes or more before closing they locked the doors and said drive thru only. Didn’t ask what sauce I wanted just gave me Zax sauce which I don’t like. And they put them big a pillars around their drive thru window so you try to avoid them and then you’re mad far from the window. I only came here cuz of my kid. The one by our house is way better.

i’m not sure why, but this location never answers their phone. twice now i’ve had issues with my order and called the store and no answer. it rang and rang until finally i just got a busy signal. have had to call the corporate number to correct the order issues.

They messed up my order this is not the first or second time the messed it up they need new employees that don't play around in there
turning away customers and refusing service because they’re “short staffed” yet there’s at least 4 employees in there. most people have worked customer service/ fast food some point in their life and know when people are being lazy. manager refused to give her name.
