Employees to busy laughing and acting like it was party time. Couldn't get an employee to take my order

They messed up my order this is not the first or second time the messed it up they need new employees that don't play around in there

turning away customers and refusing service because they’re “short staffed” yet there’s at least 4 employees in there. most people have worked customer service/ fast food some point in their life and know when people are being lazy. manager refused to give her name.

They are a bit slow but are worth the wait. Chicken is always hot and delicious.

This experience was awful I order the day before for my order , showed up 1 hour early to let the staff know I was here went out to my car came back in at scheduled pick up time just to hear them tell me they gave my order to someone else !! Staff needs more help in the location, and cups charging extra for a large cup even though it comes with meal because the store has not sent them small cups .. never again will I deal with Zaxbys store . Thanks Zaxbys for messing up my dad's birthday party for not providing food.

The drink was the wrong one and they take so long to give you your order they take like 20-30 minutes.

Drive thru online closes at 10PM. My kids walked in to order at 9:30PM and were told they are no longer serving. Come to find out there were serving drive thru only. Very unprofessional, change the business hours. I would not have driven out of my way to order food from here I would have gladly spent my dollars elsewhere.

Very slow service. More so than what I would consider a slow Zaxbys service. Did not have clean bathrooms at 11:30 am. Did not have ketchup and would not provide a different sauce in lieu, which I would consider appropriate. Was told if I wanted sauce in lieu of product they were out of, ai would have to purchase. Gave no napkins, utensils etc. This was a drive thru order which I had to go in the store twice to get follow up materials.

This zaxbys is a disappointment to the entire brand. Some of the workers from the zaxbys off of batesville rd should come over and teach these workers what to do to make the customers have a better experience. I usually have low expectations for zaxbys because almost every single one i go to i have to wait for an extended period of time. But this zaxbys tops them all. If WatchMojo did a top 10 list of slowest things on the earth, this zaxbys would be number 7. Milkshake was bussin tho, 8/10. To many sprinkles.

Tried going through the drive thru at 9:10pm today, and was told "we closed" with no explanation. This location does not close till 10pm.
