Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Mimi was great, walked in and ended up getting on the phone, she was laughing at stuff I was telling my co worker so I already knew she had a good personality. Had a smile the entire time. Took order quick and easy, food was good too. Having workers is a happy business, hope the crew in the back having fun.

My service at this location was absolutely terrible. 10/14/25 3:00pm. The employees will ignore while you wait at the counter for their assistance. The cashier didn’t even hand me my receipt after paying she just walked away. What happened to manners?

So slow!!!!

This may be one of the worst restaurants . The drive thru line does not move, the cashier are always rude and on their phones while taking orders and not paying attention so you’re order is wrong whenever you do get it. Food is always cold especially after you waited a half hour on it. If you do see management they are either sitting in the lobby doing nothing or smoking behind the building next door. This place has no one who cares and is a dumpster fire. If you have to have Zaxbys go talk to Lashonda at church street she will help you.

The cashier Alex, did a great job, excellent attitude and work ethic, a regular came in here fighting that’s why I removed some stars

On Saturday 9/13/25 at 4:14 pm, I went through the drive thru. It was taking quite awhile. When I got to the window the nicest young lady greeted me with a friendly smile. As I waited I noticed that she was not only waiting on the drive thru customers but also the customers inside the restaurant. Her name is Anyri. She was fantastic!! She was extremely busy but still managed to keep her cool and make sure she took care of her customers to the best of her ability! She should definitely be commended for doing such an empicabe job in a very difficult situation!

Absolutely ridiculous service. I placed an order for curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready at 7:15 PM. I followed directions, parked, and waited… and waited… and waited. NO ONE ever came out with my food. I sat there for 45 minutes until 8:00 PM before anyone even acknowledged me. What is the point of curbside if you’re going to ignore your customers completely? If I wanted to be treated like I didn’t exist, I could’ve just stayed home hungry. Do better, Zaxby’s.

I had the pleasure of eating at Zaxbys on Laurens Road today.
I was greeted when I arrived by a young man name JORDAN!
I was impressed by his professionalism, his attitude and respect towards me and his accuracy of my order!
This young man was kind friendly and very polite.
I appreciate good service when I see it.
I had no choice but to take my time and give this young man a 5 star review!!

I wish more young people conducted themselves like Mr. JORDAN.
He took my order and made sure my son and I had everything we needed.
Once we got our food, it was hot, fresh and great tasting.
The young man checked on us, cleaned the restaurant and bid us a great day!
I am blessed to have received great service today.

10 cars and 20 mins later and I finally receive my curbside order once i walk in the restaurant

Either this place needs to be shut down or they need to hire a whole new staff. Because they are incompetent. I order my food at 9:15 and arrived at the restaurant in the curbside spot at 9:40 my pick up time was 10. I sat for 20 min before deciding to call. Once they answered the employee told me that “ they don’t come outside after the sun goes down for curb side” and to come around the drive thru. Once i get to the drive thru they tell me they are closed. I did receive a full refund but that place is horrible. No sense of customer service and the workers are LAZY.

This food is just to salty to eat. Had to throw three meals in the trash. Never again.
