Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Spent over 40 dollars for dry and burnt food. Order wasn’t like I ordered and my deep fried pickles were burnt. Second time this has happened ordering late night !

The worst Zaxby's I've ever been too. Got the order completely wrong. Then they gave me boneless wings with absolutely no sauce and cold. Fast food is in the toilet and these young idiots they have working don't care to work. It's ridiculous.

I love there food but if I order a 10 peice chicken strip and get 1 ranch dressing pack again ill stop eating there. They higher priced food don't impress me but customer care and thoughtfulness does which restaurants like these tend to forget.

The young lady at the window was courteous. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, no seasoning on my fries..There were a few seasoned free on top..as you can see in the photo seasoned ones were underneath..I am aware the fries are weighed. I didn't receive a full order..SHAME, SHAME, ON YOU ZAXBY'S, WHAT IF I WAS ALLEGRIC TO THE SEASONING!!!

Then, I opened my bun, which was small, hard, toasted too long..
Chicken breast was the size of a sausage patty..I requested light ice..My cup was solidly full of ice!!!!

DO BETTER ZAXBY'S!!!!..ALL OF YOUR LOCATIONS STINK!!!!

It was a wasteful meal for me..
I don't eat the seasoning!!!
Feed people as you would like to be fed as well as provide what they've requested

I WON'T visit ANOTHER ZAXBY'S..
The service you give is evident you don't value my business!!!

Waited fifteen minutes in the drive through after a woman told me to wait a moment. There was no on in the drive through and only three or four in the store. Eventually, right when I was about to leave, a different girl took my order. When I pulled up to the window I saw two women (both African American, one with a low bun and one with a high bun) standing around either restocking cups or on their phones. A Hispanic girl was running around with the headset on delivering food to everyone else who had ordered. She was running around while the other girls did nothing. Fire them please and pay your employees who actually work better. She was so sweet and didn’t seem angry (as she rightfully should be) that she was bearing the load herself. She was short with gold earrings. Big thank you to her!

The people make this place SHINE! I asked for a bunch of different sauces and extra seasoning on my fries. Attention to detail and always so pleasant here. Food is hot and fresh!

Parking: I have a son who is disabled so being able to park ten

Kid-friendliness: So kind and knowledgeable about kid meals and options kids will like.

Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp ten feet from the parking spot...awesome

3rd Zaxbys ive been to in 2 months and they ALL are terrible. Waited in the drive thru 25 mins at the order window and never received service, just someone every 10 mins saying hold for a minute! Never got to place an order and i am convinced that this is the Zazbys way. NEVER EVER WILL STOP TO ANOTHER ZAXBYS AS LONG AS THE EARTH ROTATES! THREE STRIKES AND ZAXBYS IS OUTTA THERE WITH ME!???

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through after paying for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered. I changed my order to something else, they left out the sauces, straws, and food was not fresh. Pretty annoyed with my time and money wasted.
