Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited almost 20 mins for 2 chicken sandwiches while they gave 5 other cars behind me their food. Terrible service. Spend your money at another location

S/o to Makiyah in the drive-thru! Super sweet and friendly—the first time in a long while I’ve had such a great experience with a cashier. Also I asked for extra sauce, a specific amount & they made sure it was there & didn’t get mad when I asked them to check (it was there). Overall such a small interaction can change your view on an establishment.

By far the worst Zaxbys. Food was good but service was awful. Workers behind the register would stand with their back to customers to ignore them, restaurant was dirty food under tables, dirty tables ext. But the worst part was the employees cursing so loudly in the back you could hear it from the dining room. Not the family environment it should be.

The food was there, I was very hungry. But the service was below 1 star. I put 1 because I didn't have the option to put none.
The girl that assisted me was super rude, cold, not inviting, bad/terrible service.
If I'm not having an emergency, I won't come back to this LOCATION. This is not the 1st time it happens, Employees playing around while people are waiting to be served, and the you get someone with NO MANNERS 🙄

At this location in Cherrydale the guy at register must have been distracted. Ordered their tacos with lemon pepper rub. He gave me the rub on the side in a cup. Not acceptable. Restaurant was not clean, will not go back to this location.

This zaxbys is like no other, the people working here are great and fast and funny people. The guys that are hard working are Joan, Carlos, and Fernando these people need a raise ASAP and a praise because these are brilliant young workers. Best zaxbys ever!

ZAXBYS EXPERIENCE OF THE CENTURY, THE WORKER WAS MADDDD GEEKED BRO‼️‼️ when we walked in she growled at us and tried to ignore us. Next thing you know I found a bite out of my food. Crazy expensive

All you have to do is ask them to fix your food fresh hot and crispy. I kno ppl that drive from TR just to eat there

I went through the drive through yesterday at 11am, and the guy taking out order was absolutely amazing! He was very funny and helpful, absolutely the best fast food service ive had yet! Give em a raise

I’ve only gone here once (7-6-25) and they messed-up my order and left stuff out. Discovered it after I got home. Wasn’t even a busy time. Plus their website is only partially functional, and their nighttime signage renders their driveway nearly impossible to locate. Why would anyone go back after all that? A true study in poor management. FAIL.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was the strangest texture I couldn’t eat it. I ate the bun and the fries which were also extremely salty I had to choke them down. Didn’t give me any sauce and ordered a Coke.. either the flavoring was out or they gave me a Diet Coke. Either way nothing about my meal was good.
