Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location has went downhill tremendously in the past couple of weeks. I went last night and ordered three plates for my family and the girl taking my order kept saying idk I’m new to every question I would ask. So anyways finally got my order taken and I pull up to the window and there are two girls there putting they hands all up on each other it was a skinny girl and a heavy set girl with glasses. I finally got my order after 40 minutes of sitting there and I get home and they gave me somebody else’s order. Yall need to get it together and take yall job serious.

Did curbside, once we got there and waited till the time they were supposed to bring it out , once I went in and checked they said it was going to be a 30 min wait and would take an hour of waiting in total. Went in again for my refund and they took 10 minutes to come to the counter. All employees were goofing off and not being productive.

DONT EAT HERE IF YOU EVER WANT TO GO HOME worse service I’ve ever had they are surprisingly slow, workplace issues causes massive clogs for orders this place is miserable please do not eat here had to wait an hour for no food at all

I went to order a food and the person who take my order was Charles H, he was bean mean he was just skipping us and he was mad and he didn't get my order and he was ignoring me.

Extremely slow. I actually was not able to order for myself because the cook refused to substitute grilled chicken for fried chicken (due to food restrictions with the fried) on my order. Absolutely every other Zaxby's does this and even have a button for it on the register. I order the same thing every time I'm at a Zaxby's never any issues. This is just pure laziness.

Just got home with my order and the fried pickles were missing and there was no sauces with the two orders of cheese curds. I tried calling twice with no answer.

I was glad to come home to eat Zaxby's this was my number one priority. Very satisfied.

The service is definitely better with the drive-thru the ever before lately

Got a grilled chicken Cobb salad with an order of buffalo wings! Very skimpy salad, mainly lettuce, forgot my dressing, and the wings were so small they were basically just a BONE!!!

I got my boyfriend to go get me a Cobb salad Before I went to work today I wanted just a cob with extra ranch. He gets home with it and it’s a salad with Just cheese and chicken… And they gave me blue cheese, which I hate.

Then I decided it was no big deal. I could just go back and grab another one on my way to work The guy was super nice and gave it to me No problems. Then he said “ You said blue cheese, right” I was like no sir ranch please. I get to work to eat my salad and there’s literally still blue cheese in my bag. No ranch at all. Just very frustrated And I didn’t have time to go back in and say something. I get that accidents happen but twice…

Every time i come here I spend 35 or more mins in drive-through that’s unacceptable

Husband just got home with our online order that he picked up. My chicken finger plate is missing the coleslaw and the fries dont have extra seaspnjng as requested. His sauce boss box is missing the cookies. This location has gotten very lax the last couple times we've been in.

Rude staff didn't even know how to unlock the doors 45 min after open and got an attitude with me for asking were they open

Love the salads but chix is great too. Tons of sauce options even with some spice.

Waited and waited in the drive thru for someone to take out order. Had no luck. Not even busy at this location. Wow good job Zaxbys
