Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Husband just got home with our online order that he picked up. My chicken finger plate is missing the coleslaw and the fries dont have extra seaspnjng as requested. His sauce boss box is missing the cookies. This location has gotten very lax the last couple times we've been in.

Rude staff didn't even know how to unlock the doors 45 min after open and got an attitude with me for asking were they open

Love the salads but chix is great too. Tons of sauce options even with some spice.

Never been to a Zaxby's before. The chicken was ridiculously good. The Zaxbys sauce was not. Go for the ranch. Did I mention the chicken. Cooked perfectly, breading was just right. Zaxby's has a leg up on their competition. Lamar Kendrick should be their spokes person.

Literally the slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. I’m a truck driver so I get around but I’ve stopped at this location more than once and every time it’s a 10+ minute wait on your food because they are more focused on getting the online and drive thru orders done before the person who actually walks in the establishment to place the order I think this is my last time there there’s no consideration or urgency on their behalf

I was at this location on 1/21/25 at 2:20pm going through drive through. A man began taking my order…as I completed my order,… I wanted to go over my order to make sure everything was correct because I had a large order. As I began to go over my order I heard him mumbling word but couldn’t understand him. The Next thing I know a women who was so sweet went over my order with me and I could hear him in the background yelling as though I did something wrong to him. I didn’t appreciate his attitude. In the near future he should be careful not to let people hear his rants on the drive through speaker because everyone is not patient like me. Some people will come inside the establishment and serve him a well done kicked butt.
I’m not trying to be funny because this can really happen. In this day in time you don’t know the mindset of people and you could be the trigger that could set them off. I’m a concern customer.

I went to the drive-thru and order a chicken bacon cheese ranch loaded Fry's but when but when I open the box cheese was three pieces of cheddar cheese I was so mad and upset .

Placed online order to be brought to car. Arrived and hit I am here and put location. Waited 15 minutes and no one brought food. Went to drive through only to be told they don’t bring food to you. Even though it is an option when placing the order. They then shorted me a drink. I told them I was missing a drink and they argued and said I only had 4 when I had indeed ordered 5 and paid for 5. Tried to show him where I ordered 5 and the manager argued it was only 4. We pulled the receipt from the bag and showed him the paper receipt that again I had paid for 5 drinks.
I will not be using this location again. Very poor experience and they want to argue. Even after I showed them online ordering shows the option for them to bring food as well as the check in confirmation. And argue about what was paid for even though I can prove it. Poor customer service.

Overall experience is very positive. Love Zaxby's coleslaw over ANY other chains. Fries are always done right can expect fast service and crunchy chicken always enjoy it there.

Zaxbys is going down the drain. Order the Zaxbys new signature club. Well the piece of chicken was like the one that they use for Sliders there was no pickles and the sandwich was cold. When I called they said oh its the way zaxbys is sending there chicken in a pre package. This was the worst experience ever.
