The best zaxby's I've ever been to. Delicious food, but best of all, is the service, they are very friendly and attentive. Super recommended.

The drive-through is incredibly slow cars are lined out to the parking lot and it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. I have seen so many cars drive off so unfortunately because of the wait y’all are losing a lot of business. it’s like this every time I come eat at this specific store.

it concerns me that it appears none of the employees can read above a 3rd grade level and pack an order correctly. i ordered the chicken finger plate with a large fry and coleslaw and did not receive my fry’s or the coleslaw and my drink was supposed to be a sprite but i got water instead. it took 30 minutes just for it to be incorrect. it’s really disappointing a place i like cannot hold up to bare minimum standards.

Went to Zaxbys for loaded fries, didn’t get the ranch or the cheese that should come on my loaded fries but, instead I got hair all in my food. Absolutely gross not going back

The wait here is always atrocious. It takes way too long to go through the drive-thru and this has been the case for several years. The staff is always nice, but you can clearly tell they’re understaffed and never prepared for any kind of influx of customers. “Fast food” simply doesn’t exist here

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m starting to understand why so many Zaxbys’ are starting to shut down, my experience here was absolutely horrible. Firstly, when my wife and I sat down there was a roach crawling on the ground. Second, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food when there were only 4 other people in the restaurant. This one needs to shut down ASAP.

Unbelievable, so much grease in the to go box while on the go. Would not eat and threw away, waste my money. Terrible lemon peppered chicken, drive thru window area was nasty. Just should have left, guy at window was rude, not busy.
