If I could leave a negative review I would! NEGATIVE ⭐
Absolutely terrible experience at Zaxby’s. I placed my order clearly and still received the completely wrong food. When I brought it to their attention, instead of fixing it like any decent business would, they refused to remake my order. No apology, no effort, just rude and dismissive staff. If I wanted to pay for food I didn’t ask for, I’d throw my money in the trash myself. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend everyone think twice before wasting their time and money here. Completely unprofessional.

Waited over an hour once they told me to pull up in the drive thru , all drinks flat, all tossed tenders had no sauce. Tried to talk to them about it , no apology no sympathy just bad attitudes and bad chicken. Avoid this location .

Ordered a salad online through the app. My salad was ready and correct. Picked up through the drive thru everything was great. Then I placed an ordered for 10 piece chicken and this time I went inside to pick up order.

All the employees were busy with tasks - food was served timely- order was correct - great customer service.

You don’t fix my food right no sauce you all don’t answer the phone

I just went through the drive-thru on East North Street in Greenville, SC and bought a Big Zax Snack and a Nibbler. When I got home to eat it there were only 2 pieces of chicken strips in my Big Zax Snack. . SUPPOSE TO BE 3. I tried calling repeat and no one answers the phone. I am not happy at all for the price I had to pay and not get everything that I paid for.

Had to wait 10 minutes to order when there were kids smoking outside that worked there. I ordered a large meal they gave me a small and food was cold when I got it

Placed curbside order

Sat in parking spot for 10 extra minutes, got tired of it and went inside to find my order sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Multiple staff members standing around looking at their phones, ignoring the counter.

This location took over 30 minutes to give my order. Absolutely insane that other cars behind us got their food before us. They didn’t even offer anything or apologized for having us wait over 30 minutes.

4 piece tender with sweet tea and an extra zax sauce. Received water and no sauce. I can only imagine what would be wrong if I ordered for my whole family.

I don’t even know what’s up with this place. You can be short staffed and be decent people. Long lines, people being rude in drive thru, food that’s COLD or not even fully cooked. My boyfriend’s cousin just went through and got fries that were frozen. Why even give it? Honestly if it’s that’s short staffed just close down the location.

Do not pay attention to online orders. Had a BOGO free offer and they gave me the part of ONE order in two containers when delivered.

Id like to get my missing part made up to me..

They always serve you a different meal than what you ordered, the girl with the headset is always distracted.

Got my online, mobile order wrong. Did you not read the ticket?
Dumped fries on the coleslaw I specifically requested substituted. Coleslaw not in separate container but dumped into to go box. Very messy. Wrong order. Don’t waste your time or money.
