i’m honestly amazed at how zaxby’s gets exponentially worse each time i go. it doesn’t even matter which location, but tonight was by far the worst. service was okay, we got our food super fast, but it felt like we were missing half of our meals. barely any fries, tiny boneless “wings” that were almost entirely inedible, even the coke tasted like they were running out of syrup. i am not a picky person by any means, but christ our meals were TERRIBLE.

“Tiny” itty bitty Zax snack… they gave 3 nuggets instead of fingers. Disappointing. I feel ripped off, like Zaxby’s took my money, but did not provide what was advertised… pic on menu board and description (3 fingers)… very bad feelings about Zaxby’s.

We came in on a Sunday evening to order milkshakes. They were busy and had a large order. The lady in the kitchen asked the one cashier they had to wait to take our order, without even asking us what we wanted, because they were too busy in the kitchen. We waited 15 minutes for them to even take our order and another 15 for the milkshakes to be made, even though the cashier said she was going to make them as soon as we had ordered. Terrible service overall and absolutely no communication with us as to when our orders would be ready. Will not be returning.

The girl who took our order was nice but when my friend asked which flavor she recommended you could heat the manager in the background say “Oh my God” like he was being difficult or something. Then when we got to the window he asked to pay for another strawberry lemonade and she was just as rude to the cashier as she was over the speaker.

I only gave one star bc you couldn’t give less the restaurant when I called them was very rude the manager would not adhere to the bogo deal on uber eats I go there all the time and I know as a manager in the restaurant industry they could 0.00 it out via food cost to satisfy the issue. The fries are always dry and the employee who answered the call was nice the manager was incredibly rude.

I’m doing this review simply because if The corporation not right then their franchises can’t be right on two different occasions they did my order wrong the first time they had me waiting for approximately 10 minutes before they came and told me that it was gonna be a 15 minute wait on my order mind you I am already the first person in line so I state why didn’t no one tell me that prior to taking my money and I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes already waiting on my food They gave me the money back for one order but my other order was wrong. The second time I went they gave me slop I took it back in to have done correctly the manager took the food gave me my money back but wouldn’t make the food over I kindly stated I didn’t want the money back just my food made correctly on both occasions he was rude so I called corporate to my surprise they have yet to contact me about the issue so here I am and I see why this store is this way

Okay, we love Zaxby’s, but this is just wrong. We placed an online order, and we were actually in a rush at this time. WHY do you still have to go through the drive through even though it’s a curbside pick up? That doesn’t even make sense and it shouldn’t even be a thing. We still got our food, but it took over 20 minutes.

Had a drive thru order, Lady told me to pull in to the curbside parking for my food. so minutes go by and I pull in the drive thru once more and she looked to have completely forgot about me and have an attitude giving my food… terrible service and my food is cold

Leslie helped me today and was absolutely terrific she was so kind and went above and beyond to show me true customer service she kept a kind conversation and was still quick with my needs safe to say everyone that works here is fantastic I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue here and if I’m ever missing an item they are quick to deliver with a smile they are great here!
