First time at this location. Food was dry! Fries were over cooked and covered with tons of that nasty seasoning salt. Tenders were tiny as heck and over cooked. I will not be back.

I went to this place twice, the chicken wings were horrible..it was salty with no taste. It didn’t taste fresh at all. The second time I went there was to see if this was a normal thing…same thing, chicken didn’t taste fresh. I won’t be coming back to that Zaxby’s.
I have to travel to the Zaxby’s I normally went to in the past if I want fresh food from Zaxby’s.

Tried the new tacos, the avocado ones…very good, expected more for the reason I thought they were quesadillas. They were good, nonetheless . Cost about $10 for 3…

Sharrese Anderson, I believe I was the car behind you and wanted to address your review. From what I remember, the girl's name was Melinda, and she was very sweet, helping me with my order. She wasn't on the phone; she was talking through her headset, likely about orders. When you drove past her, she probably thought you were there for a mobile order. Ignoring her while she was trying to assist you seems unfair. It’s unprofessional to write such a negative review when the situation was misunderstood. My food came out quickly, and I can only say positive things about the other young lady at the window, Chasity. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, hot food and excellent customer service.

Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes while a young lady stood outside that was so supposed to take orders. Watched her talk on the phone. After she got off the phone, I still wasn’t helped. She then later came up and asked for my order. No true customer service. I had to ask her how she was doing? However the young lady at the window was nice and the food came out quick. I gave three stars because of the young lady at the drive thru window. Bring back customer service skills.

I’m not going to lie. I didn’t eat here but the sign from the highway says it’s 0.7 miles and it’s really like 3 miles up the road.

Someone should fix that.

I love the zax sales… zaleds. Great food and good chicken. I also like the music inside. However, when I online order I wish I didn’t have to walk inside.
