Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was horrible they were mad cause they had to take my order a lot of smacking their lips once food was given to me I was missing half my order n they rolled their eyes mad because I paid and they had to give me change

This applebees doesn't seem to know what it's doing. Sending plates out wrong and missing items entirely. I paid $18 for my plate, and the amount of food that came out fit in the palm of my hand. Not even a full serving of chicken or potatoes. If I hadn't ordered a side salad, I definitely would have left almost as hungry as I was when I got there. The server was also either very new, or just didn't care about the tables needs. You'd say one thing and she'd run away so quick before even finishing your sentence. Had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for refills. Had to ask for the appetizer that never came until our dinner did.

Poor customer service food was not to expectations on flavor missing items

The waitress never bought out the appetizers She gave no explanation. And we was about to leave before she bought out the food. The manager was more concern of getting one group of people waited on. Pass our table several times never acknowledged us. Bad experience

Never do they disappoint...I absolutely love their $10 cheese burger or chicken sandwich with unlimited fries and a drink. Such a flavorful bargin! The waitstaff and manager is absolutely hands down the BEST. They go above and beyond to make us happy, even starting a fresh pot of coffee for our grandma. Wonderful job Greenwood Applebee's 🍎 definitely worth the 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your experience at Applebee's in Greenwood will and has always been based on your server. If you get a great server, like the one we had, then you will have a great time. Applebee's has the potential to be one of the best, constantly good, restaurants here. Just a little remodel and more help( more money for the workers) then Applebee's will be that packed restaurant on A Tuesday night, like it used to be when they first came here. Remember the riblet basket?

Apple Bees has definitely fell off . The food wasn’t hot to order . The waitress Jenna G had a pissy attitude all night walking around with that pie ass.lol Just Save your time & money honey cause this ain’t that or it. They Midas well just shut down or find new management ✌🏽

Took forever for them to seat us. Appetizers were okay, meal was mediocre at best. Took them even longer to bring the check. Won’t be going there anymore

Food was awful. Waitress kept going to the bathroom throwing up. Manager nit friendly at all, no help. I got honey chicken skillet it was not cooked couldn't send back no server. Son got whiskey burger it was cold and fries cooked yesterday morning. Just horrible!!!!!! Sad Parr wasn't but 4 couples in whole restaurant nobody at the bar.

Salad came out with food. Took forever for food to come out. Barely saw waitress. Shrimp and sausage Penne and Chicken and sausage penne only had 2 or 3 extremely small pieces of sausage in them. Not enough to be called a sausage plate.

Every time I go to this place, they never fail to disappoint! Last time there was no heat so they placed space heaters on the table where we were seated ! I had to move it myself. After we got that settled the spinach & artichoke dip was bitter, & nasty. I ordered the boneless wings & they were all batter! I only go there when I have to with other people.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town, this Applebee's was across the road from our hotel. The food and service was good. Our server Dominique was polite and gave us excellent service!

Used to live here, everytime I got the chicken parm my pasta was undercooked and so was the chicken it was raw, then the wings I got were also raw. Never been back don’t waste your money

Had a wonderful experience so thankful after all these years the boneless wings and the Oreo milkshake are still the same! Keep up the great work Greenwood location!!!
