Applebee's Grill + Bar

What a great lunch we had today. Was able to change out burger for chicken and broccoli instead of fries and keep them calories in check! Waiter scott made this easy for us and we tried a new sauce with jalapeño that was quite surprisingly delicious. Plenty of parking. Husband said the men's room was ok. We had a good experience.

I really love this place cause the food is always great and I love the special drinks they make.. the staff is always professional and they care alot about you..my best experience is one day I went into Applebee's and I was so depressed about my wife leaving me I just drank alot so I left and a year later I went back to the same place and I was approached by the manager a real professional and caring person. He said I was worried about you the last time you were here I could not get how depressed you were out of my head. I told him yes I was in a bad place my wife left me but everything is OK now im doing better he said im glad you are OK now I can sleep knowing you are OK. I hugged him and said thank you for caring and then I gave him a tip and he said not necessary im just relieved you are ok.. I started to cry and that's why I really love Applebee's you are not just a customer but you are family..this was on route 72 greenwood south Carolina I'll never forget that manager..

Disappointed with the curbside experience. The past few times I’ve ordered curbside from Applebee’s, I’ve had issues with getting my food in a timely manner. I always arrive once I’m notified that my order is ready, yet today I waited 30 minutes before receiving my food. I even called to let the curbside team know I was outside, waited another 15 minutes, and ultimately had to go inside to pick it up myself which defeats the entire purpose of using curbside. I wasn’t dressed to go inside, and honestly, I chose curbside for the convenience. If this is how the service is going to be, I’ll happily go back to Chili’s where I never have this problem.

The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was delicious! My drink was good too! My bartender Nakia was very nice.

The lights on the sign in the parking lot don't work so it's easy to miss the building because it sits back off the road in the Food Lion parking lot. We drove past the restaurant multiple times because the lights did not work and it was night time. We came in from out of town and were not familiar with the area.

There was very little lightning on the outside of the building also, we questioned if the restaurant was even open. We waited in the car to see if someone went inside. In my experience when the restaurant marquee is off it means they are closed.

They had a sign up at the door warning people that the floors were really wet due to the humidity, which I appreciated the heads up. I definitely had to adjust my walk because my shoes were slipping. Hopefully it just started happening. However, corporate needs to consider placing carpet down or replacing the floor because it was very dangerous for the guests and especially the servers, and people on walkers with mobility issues. Not a good situation for ADA compliance.

Got there at 5pm ordered drinks just got carbonated water me and my wife ordered the shrimp mind you supposed to be all you can eat double crunch but wasn't told when we ordered that it wasn't the double crunch shrimp but store bought pre cooked shrimp that they didn't even cook all the way through endless fries just a joke we kept asking for fries after our first order took an hour and half to get a small plate mind you my kids got the tenders they get 4 to start with them asked for more and me and the wife asked for some as well they bring out 2 at a time and hour later we asked for more then that when they brought those out had to wait an hour later for 2 more tenders a piece still no fries around 645 they bring out a small plate of fries for us and by that time we was aggravated with the service so we paid the 82.71 for bull shit service and false advertisement on endless double crunch shrimp chicken tenders and fries I will not be going back ever again

They let us add their cheese to the broccoli and omg! So frickin good! It made us wish we had gotten 2 orders of broccoli with our steaks instead of broccoli and French fries!

The drinks were phenomenal! Appetizers, chicken and Mac and cheese were overcooked.
Waitress was kind, but vanished after food was brought out.
Manager walked by, asked a question but didn't wait for a response.

I I try and give this place a chance and every time I do I am highly disappointed. The service was ghetto we've seen about 4 servers and still nobody asks if we needed anything the food was cold and it took a long time for us to get it to our table. We got the all you can eat chicken ribs and shrimp. They only bring you 4 shrimps and a hand for the fries. At a time there was no alcohol in my drink. Pear juice and the table was sticky so like I said, every time. I try to give this place a chance. They ruin it.

Service was horrible they were mad cause they had to take my order a lot of smacking their lips once food was given to me I was missing half my order n they rolled their eyes mad because I paid and they had to give me change
