The booths need to be updated instead of falling apart when you sit in them.
You make a carside to go order and have to go through 3 different people to place it. When u arrive in the designated time that was given...your order may not still be put in so.you sit and wait for another 20/30 minutes. Need to get it together or they will be the best shutting down in greenwood due to dhec watching employees walk in smoking cigarettes and not washing there hands ECT. Very disappointed

In desperate need of repairs to the floor. Soft spots and broken planks. Definitely a safety hazard. Food was OK. Drinks were pretty good

Nice atmosphere!!! I went on a Thursday and there was karaoke. Honestly, I had a good time. The steak I ordered was served exactly the way I asked. That was the best part!

Me and my family came here on 10-12-25 for my daughter birthday and it was not right all my baby wanted was Applebee's for her birthday the guy that greeted us was a sweetheart he took us to our table but the waitress was an different experience she ask did we need refill bit never brought us any refills at all it was like we was just there couldn't even really enjoy our food the shrimp was very salty and the chicken was kind of rough and we spent 95$ on it then she ask do we need to go drinks we say yes she brought us 2 to go cups with nothing in it remind you she already hadn't brought us no drinks for refill anyway

Waited and waited at the bar no one acknowledged us. We left and come to Carolina Tavern awesome service. We were greeted right away. Definitely will be coming here instead of Applebee's.

This place is a disaster. I am ashamed i picked this place to eat. The floor needs to replaced. It is not the humidity. It is a safety hazard It has been 47 minutes since we ordered and we still don't have our food. Our waiter smells of pure weed. I offered to pay for our drinks and we left. This place is a dump. It somehow has an A. Must have paid someone off for that. We are now at Whataburger where the floors are hole-free.

Survive was ok and people were nice but there was a terrible smell in the restaurant! They had fans running but not sure why they didn't close until problem is fixed. It really had a dirty and damp feeling everywhere. Needs to be remodeled.
