“First time eating at The R Place. For that nice of a restaurant, and the cost to eat there, I was disappointed. My wife and I both had soups. There were very few potatoes in her soup, and the crap soup was heavy on the cheese and sherry, but not crab. I will say the bacon honey dressing is wonderful. I won't think of eating there again when dining out.”

“Christie, the manager, made me feel welcome and right at home as soon as I arrived. The bottle of Bud Light couldn’t have been colder without freezing. It was perfect.

I said I was hungry and Rich came out of the kitchen and told me how he learned to make his meatballs from scratch from a 60 year old Italian grandma. I could tell. They are great. The southwest egg rolls are really good too: the best way to eat your spinach and beans.

Turns out Rich bought the place last month, so Lucky’s is under new management. The staff and customers were so friendly that I wished I could stay in town another night. I’ll definitely swing through next time I’m in Greenwood. Thank you Rich and Christie!”

“It’s different. You order from a menu at a counter, be seated and your food is brought to your table. One thing that is not different is the delicious, down south home cooked food The staff is also the best southern hospitality and friendliness. Yes , a little different, nothing fancy, but you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.!”

“The bubble tea is fresh and so good! I didn’t realize the also have a full service espresso bar, bakery items, and a breakfast menu served all day. Highly recommend for a sweet treat, coffee run, or breakfast (at any time of day)!”

“The place was super nice and very clean. Food didn’t take long to get. Only complaints I have is the rice came cold… and the three soft drinks I tried were super watered down. Besides the cold rice, the pollo fundido was actually pretty good! Wouldn’t mind trying it again, just would like the rice actually hot next time lol.”

“Food was good what there was of it. We had to wait about 15 minutes on chicken to be put on the buffet and when they brought it out there was only 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1 breast and 1 wing and there were 4 of us in our party.
They need to have vegetables like corn, green peas or green beans plus have a salad bar. No rolls or bread was offered. For $15.00 it wasn't worth it.
The people are wonderful folks but you need more on your buffet selection.”

Then the last 2 times I went there they over charged me on regular price when I ask for the lunch item, not counting the c they got on there door not to long ago but I still tried but what gets me is no one ever tried to make it right. they just tell me it's a.25 charge on go orders. okay so how does my bill jump from 6.99 to 10.42 for .25¢???? 3 strikes and you out. “New York pizza and pasta out weighs other restaurants in the area with similar menu items. Their ingredients taste better and seem to be of higher quality. Their Greek dressing doesn’t come from a bottle and is sooooooo good! The steak on the steak and cheese isn’t “steakum” meat, it’s really ground steak. Fries are battered. Strombolis are amazing. 5/5!”

“My wife and I really enjoy spending time here at this Panera restaurant, I find the staff very pleasant and personable we were there today and noticed the new tables that were really nice to see it looks like they are upgrading the dining area we like it and look forward to seeing the improvements. I can’t speak for everybody but my visits have always been very pleasant and the food and staff have been very friendly and welcoming to my guest and I always. If they made a mistake with the order , they correct it and make up for it. I can’t ask for more. We have nothing but good to say about this Paneras we have been to many of them in Greenville , Spartanburg , Anderson, Simpsonville. We like greenwood the most. We really like the new tables.”

Eggs your way, one large waffle, grits or hash browns, and choice of pork bacon, pork sausage, or chicken sausage and your choice of toast. I chose raisin toast.
You won't be able to eat it all however you will be full and totally satisfied!
FYI, I went back the next day. So try waffle house for yourself and be sure to leave a review.”

“Ate here the first night we didn't have power from hurricane Helene. They cooked in the dark!! Wings was phenomenal. Chicken tenders were too. They had already stopped taking orders, but allowed me to when I came in. Imagine what it taste like when the town is up and running again!

So mistakes happen. The lady that handled the register was amazing. Handled the register and being a hostess effortlessly. Thank you all from her to the kitchen staff to the wait staff for all you did today. Food was good. Got it in exceptional timing especially in these circumstances.”

“Do not go to Cracker Barrel in Greenwood. When you go and you want to get the special for night they have ran out and it is only 5:30 PM. Then the service was no good. Went last weekend the cornbread was hard as a rock and that was all they had. So many restaurants in Greenwood or bad because of bad management.”
