Restaurants in Greenwood

“Great food!!!”

“Try Tuesday Burger Night...Wonderful Burgers!!”

“First time eating at The R Place. For that nice of a restaurant, and the cost to eat there, I was disappointed. My wife and I both had soups. There were very few potatoes in her soup, and the crap soup was heavy on the cheese and sherry, but not crab. I will say the bacon honey dressing is wonderful. I won't think of eating there again when dining out.”

“Great food, atmosphere and service.”

“The Duck is always great and the Bison was perfection. 🦬 🥩🤌🏻”

“5 star. Everything is outstanding. All is cooked to order. Chef is superb and food too good to describe. I’m from Chicago and Polo’s could hold its own with in restaurant in the city. Eat there at least once a month. Kudos to chef Polo and Missy”

“College age to 30, 40 year old crowd. Enjoyed atmosphere, customer service very good, needs a little more bright lighting around bar and pool table; reasonable prices; would like to see more variety of music played. We overall really enjoyed our evening of drink and dancing.”

“We enjoyed a special celebration dinner prepared by Chef Larry Johnson. It was tasty, well presented and fit the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary. Everyone raved about the meal and service at Cambridge Chophouse. Thank you, we’ll be back.”

“Jimmy and Katlyn are the best!”

“It’s different. You order from a menu at a counter, be seated and your food is brought to your table. One thing that is not different is the delicious, down south home cooked food The staff is also the best southern hospitality and friendliness. Yes , a little different, nothing fancy, but you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.!”

“Best ice cream and cakes!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dairy Queen of Greenwood is one of my favorite local spots—not just for the treats, but because of the people behind it! The Momin family, who owns this location, does so much for our community that often goes unseen. They’re constantly giving back to local nonprofits and supporting causes that matter. On top of that, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming every time I visit. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by—and don’t forget to give their page a like to show your support! 💛🍦”

“Great burger and fries. Great burger and fries. Great burger and fries. Great burger and fries.”

“Great food with Great music and staff. Attentive and great variety!”

“The place was super nice and very clean. Food didn’t take long to get. Only complaints I have is the rice came cold… and the three soft drinks I tried were super watered down. Besides the cold rice, the pollo fundido was actually pretty good! Wouldn’t mind trying it again, just would like the rice actually hot next time lol.”

“Rally Point Biker Church and United Biker Church were there March 21, 2026. Food and Service was second to none. We will be back!”

“The turkey burger is sooo amazing! And onion rings. Love this place. Highly recommend”

“Absolutely 100% recommend! They catered my daughter’s Renaissance themed wedding for over 100 guests. There was food in abundance, tasted amazing, and went above and beyond with anything needed. And the strawberry lemonade is to die for!. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a catering order. May not be the cheapest but DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!”

“Fantastic service! Robin was very awesome, my friends were splitting a fish basket and she brought it out on 2 plates already split up. Very friendly. My chicken sandwich was huge, very filling. Awesome fries.”

“We went to Nikki's for the first time last night. I had the red velvet waffle with chicken strips and my husband had the butter pecan waffle with strips. best chicken and waffles we've ever eaten! “I've ordered the taco salads many of times. I don't get my cheese sauce so I ask for it on the side instead. Then the last 2 times I went there they over charged me on regular price when I ask for the lunch item, not counting the c they got on there door not to long ago but I still tried but what gets me is no one ever tried to make it right. they just tell me it's a.25 charge on go orders. okay so how does my bill jump from 6.99 to 10.42 for .25¢???? 3 strikes and you out. I'm done with y'all”

“Yes, the store was clean and yes Kaitlyn was amazing and yes I'm happy smoothie king is making it a place you might want to hang out for awhile and chill. But the part of my day, they write inspiring stuff on your cup. Made me smile. Thanks ladies.”

“Better than Hawaiian shave ice!!! So delicious, so many different options, and beautiful presentation! We will be back more often than we should! 😍”

“Its all about the food, not the atmosphere. Simply some of the best BBQ, baked beans and fried okra I have ever had. Ive travel far and wide, and eaten a lot of BBQ from all parts of the country and On the Run is a home run for sure!”

“Food was good what there was of it. We had to wait about 15 minutes on chicken to be put on the buffet and when they brought it out there was only 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1 breast and 1 wing and there were 4 of us in our party.
They need to have vegetables like corn, green peas or green beans plus have a salad bar. No rolls or bread was offered. For $15.00 it wasn't worth it.
The people are wonderful folks but you need more on your buffet selection.”

“Yummy yummy”

“Food is good, as usual.... floor seems sticky, and tables are abit on the dirty side.... still recommend going, haven't had a bad meal yet..”

“Had bad nice bike ride here for a Friday night treat. The staff was genuinely friendly and had a great knowledge of the menu and were able to suggest things that I would love which are in fact I did love you have a nice little patio area where I got to sit and do some work and I was able to sit right next to the bike rack which is also convenient most of the places I've been to in Greenwood don't have bike racks so that was a welcome surprise and it was a wonderful place to spend the afternoon. The store itself was clean and clear, everything you come to expect from Starbucks.”

“The best Chinese food I have ever had. Wow. Definitely ordering again! Delicious!!”

“Tried this place for the first time yesterday! What a gem. The owners are awesome and really care about the quality and consistency of their food! Brisket was off the chain. Hash was simply amazing. Cole slaw, Mac and cheese and green beans were all 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!”

“The food and service were great! The owner is super nice! We enjoyed our meal and will be back!”

“stopped by to get cupcakes and there wasn't any options to choose from - only containers with 4 different cupcakes in each container - was hoping for a display of various types/flavors of cupcakes to choose from - was kind of disappointed. I will say the lady working was very pleasant and the shop was clean and welcoming - just not a variety to choose from that I was hoping for.”

“Easily my favorite restaurant in Greenwood. Unfortunately, their hours aren’t dependable.”

“is there a cover charge to get on? if so how much?”

“Amazing desserts, boba, and snacks! This is one of our favorite places! Your visit is not complete without a strawberry cholada!”

“Food is amazing, prices aren't bad, we've never had a bad experience.”

“Ate here the first night we didn't have power from hurricane Helene. They cooked in the dark!! Wings was phenomenal. Chicken tenders were too. They had already stopped taking orders, but allowed me to when I came in. Imagine what it taste like when the town is up and running again!

Update - I didn't think they could get any better, but indeed they did. I love this place”

“Food was absolutely delicious! The prices are great and the service was superb! Our new favorite!!”

“Food is great. Very inexpensive in my opinion. Food is made fresh to order but doesn't take long maybe 10/15 minutes. Fresh ingredients on the burgers burgers are delicious. Best burger spot in greenwood that I've been too. Great peanut butter shake. Four people was about 45$.”

“I visited the restaurant today. The food wasn’t the way I ordered it but it was close enough/still tasty. Furthermore, as to be expected given the storm aftermath it was a madhouse in there. So mistakes happen. The lady that handled the register was amazing. Handled the register and being a hostess effortlessly. Thank you all from her to the kitchen staff to the wait staff for all you did today. Food was good. Got it in exceptional timing especially in these circumstances.”

“Last night we ate the best pizza in the whole world. Wonderful dough, every piece had all the ingredients and the nice thing is that they were very kind we will come almost every Saturday with my family.”

“This place is amazing! If it's your first try like mine, order #5. Two boneless breast seasoned to perfection. 10 breaded shrimp ready to be demolished in your favorite dipping sauce. And yummy fries ready at your finger tips ready to be dipped and mixed away!”

“I came in on Mother’s Day, got 3 plates to go. Food was great, and customer service was also great! I will definitely be going back!”

“We just tried this place for the very first time. The whole family enjoyed every bit of the food we got.”

“Called in an order the girl said they were really busy but took my order and asked me 3 times to repeat the order. She told me it would be 25 minutes. When we got there they had no record of my call in order and we had to wait 40 minutes for them took cook our pizzas. Very disappointed but the girl was really nice when taking my order!”

“The staff was extremely welcoming. In addition, as a first timer the food was on point. You can't go wrong with the all star breakfast for $12.00.
Eggs your way, one large waffle, grits or hash browns, and choice of pork bacon, pork sausage, or chicken sausage and your choice of toast. I chose raisin toast.
You won't be able to eat it all however you will be full and totally satisfied!
FYI, I went back the next day. So try waffle house for yourself and be sure to leave a review.”

“Very friendly and good service!! This is my favorite place to go and eat!! Love Ashley and Maria on first and love Ms.Dee on second shift!!!The manager Robert Waters is concerned and thoughtful about the food and makes sure you are taken care of!!”

“For starters. how about filling the drinks instead of bringining a partial drink that's FULL of ice. I asked the server what the deal was. He told me that they are only allowed to put 4.5 Oz or they'll get fired. WTH. That's ridiculous.”

“I love the food, absolutely delicious. The cashier was extremely nice to me and bagged my food calm and collected. The food was very nicely prepared and it was freshly cooked. 10/10 would try again.”

Super friendly, great service, good food and fun to watch their camaraderie. We stopped on our way home to VA on a road trip but I really wish we could be regulars. These folks were great!”

“Quick service. Food is good.

Vegetarian options: Build your own is good for special diets.

Dietary restrictions: Build your own is good for special diets

Parking: Parking is tight. Difficult for large vehicles.”

“Do not go to Cracker Barrel in Greenwood. When you go and you want to get the special for night they have ran out and it is only 5:30 PM. Then the service was no good. Went last weekend the cornbread was hard as a rock and that was all they had. So many restaurants in Greenwood or bad because of bad management.”

“I would like to recognize the young woman with all red braids. She is always smiling, respectful, and provides excellent customer service. Every afternoon that I come in for my order, she is happy and welcoming. She has a very professional and pleasant voice, like someone who works in a call center. She is an asset to your team.”
