Was little disappointed in the temperature of the food. The steam tables were letting off steam and heat. But, the shrimp ??? was rubbery, chewy and cold. Egg drop soup was amazing, that's the only reason for 3 stars instead of 1.
It is a truly fantastic buffet with so many options. Just wish it was a little cleaner inside. But the vast number of options makes up for it! Super yummy!Vegetarian options: Has some fairly typical Chinese vegetarian options and the sushi has Inari!
