This was our first time there. Got a pleasant surprise when we found the had an early bird specials menu. The food was great. The service was excellent. We will definitely be heading back. Was worth the hour drive for sure.
This is the go to place for great food in Greenwood, SC. We are always seated promptly and waited on immediately. Everyone is courteous and the food is great and cooked to our liking. I've never had a bad experience here which is something I can't say for many establishments post Covid. I highly recommend this spot for lunch or dinner if you're in Greenwood or the surrounding area.

First time eating at The R Place. For that nice of a restaurant, and the cost to eat there, I was disappointed. My wife and I both had soups. There were very few potatoes in her soup, and the crap soup was heavy on the cheese and sherry, but not crab. I will say the bacon honey dressing is wonderful. I won't think of eating there again when dining out.
