On December 10, 2025, my husband and I were thrilled to purchase the Honey Baked Ham Take and Bake Sliders along with a pound of spiral sliced ham. We were eager to enjoy a warm, delicious meal together. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered that the ham was soured. I don’t know why I keep giving this location an opportunity. I placed an order a week ago and paid for it. Today we went to pick up our $90 order. They tried to charge me for it again. I explained that it was already paid for. The cashier didn’t know what to do and said “let me get my daughter”. Daughter arrives, she also has no idea what to do.
