Typical take out, very nice lady took my order, I felt bad for her because the indoor counter was so busy and she also doing the drive through at the same time and taking orders out to waiting cars. This store needs to hire more help.

manager was rude and inconsiderate while the clerk was working on my order having a hard time understanding my order, the order was placed and the clerk gave me the order and because of the misunderstanding told the order was on the house but the manager stepped in and grabbed the bag with the order right from my hands and stated I had to pay for it before I would get it. With out understanding the situation the manage went way above the call of duty

Had occasion to stop into this location after trying to unsuccessfully order on the app. Denise was very helpful and explained how to get the app to work. Food was tasty...service was excellent!

My son wanted Arby’s for his birthday lunch today. I am so happy with our service and our food. Everything was good and our order was correct. Thank you!
Ben took our order and he was very pleasant. He also was only one cleaning up dinning room when the others called him to come take our order while others were playing on their phones!!! So thank you Ben !!!

I ordered the classic beef n cheddar and the Greek gyro. The classic hardly had any roast beef on it (unlike pic on line) and the gyro only about a tbsp of gyro sauce. When I showed the manager the gyro and requested more sauce, she was rude and stated I would have to pay 60 cents. I requested my money back. I assume she threw both sandwiches in the trash ($13 worth)when all she had to do was satisfy the customer. I will not be returning, especially if she is working.
