If I could give them a zero I would ! Restaurant doors are locked after 9am . Drive thru line was near the road to enter . When I ordered my food and ask for tea to drink she rudely replied we don’t have any tea ! Waited over 30 minutes at this location for the drive thru person to hand me my card with “here”. Just rude and disrespectful. Asked for the corporate number and she replied I don’t know . The manager came over and I asked her for corporate number and she replied I don’t know maybe I could Google it . Ok I sure will

Don’t bother. They never have chicken. The one thing the entire place exists for. Don’t waste your time.
We were given the wrong food but they were not angry when we returned it like some people are.I think the guy that waited on me was the Manager and he was friendly.

Placed a mobile order for curbside. After waiting for 20+ minutes, I went inside. The order receipt was sitting on the counter being ignored while every other order was filled before it.
It took 35-40 minutes. And the potatoes were very undercooked. Disappointing.
Also, there was a very unpleasant odor. It did not look clean at all. I will not return.

I am loyal customer here and I have recently door dashed from this location where they constantly messed up my order. I was missing my bo berry biscuit from my door dash order , and I called. The lady was very much rude and this has happened twice. This place is very much unprofessional!

Me and my wife just went through. Had a bit of an attitude at the drive through which is fine I guess. It's early you don't want to be there fine. She got fries I got hasbrowns and when they gave out the food she did not get fries. No big deal, we ask for the fries and we wait and get these, no seasoning at all and have almost no taste. Will be going to the other Bojangles from now on.
