Just want there and got grave biscuit there was a line around the building had to wait and when they got up to the window, I was giving a 1/2 of a biscuit in a Chicken Sandwich container, the manager said, look, you gonna have to deal with it, that's all we have, did not give no receipt, no silverware. And box was falling apart.

I order 3 biscuits with three coffee received 3 coffees and two biscuits when I called the person said they didn’t know because they didn’t take my order and they weren’t sure who but it was the same person that took my order.if they slow down they would get orders correctly because I said 3 times my order

Just continuously a terrible experience. From employees who are gossiping right in front of customers to consistently getting orders wrong, as well as issue with their supplies (2 out of every 5 visits they’re out of sauce), I don’t know why anyone bothers coming here. The other location in town is much better. Eventually I’ll learn my lesson and stop giving this place my money.
Also - don’t bother ordering ahead on the Bojangles’ app. They ignore the orders and typically don’t cook it until you show your order confirmation to a supervisor.
