Get luck getting them to take your order in the evening. Just sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Tried to go in and the door was locked. Pulled around and they just standing inside. They was 30 minutes from closing time but no excuses

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL THE BISCUITS ARE HARD LIKE COOKIES AND I ORDERED A SMALL COLE SLAW I DID NOT CHECK MY BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW WHEN I OPENED THE COLE SLAW IT WAS JUST A BITE OF SLAW IN THE CONTAINER LIKE THE SPOON THAT THEY GIVE TO YOU IT WAS JUST ENOUGH TO PUT ON THE SPOON IT LOOKED AS OF SOME HAD ALREADY EATEN OUT THE CONTAINER WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER OF COURSE SHE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE

Crew doesn't have it together. It took 13 minutes to get a 2 piece dinner. The cashier asked me done in our carry out, I started done in, good finally came out as a carry out meal. On the receipt it does done in. Good food though.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter and never even had our order taken. It's not our first poor experience here, they are always slow. The workers must be related to the sloths in that Zootopia movie, they are all just walking around working at half speed while the lines back up around the building. Also the lady working the line had no gloves on and was pushing the paper down in the boxes with bare hands, not a great look.
Good luck getting someone to take your order at the drive thru or inside. Rude people who don't work 🤷🏼♀️

Went here to get something quick to eat only to regret it later. Drive thru window lady was consistently being very rude to my mom, who had a faint accent but was still understandable for the most part. She had to repeat herself multiple times just so the order could be finalized. When the order was done the lady said something like “you said thank you but I still don’t understand you.” In the end we just cancelled our order and left. Something you notice with these kinds of people is that they’re miserable and the slightest error in their routine is enough to set them off. I cancelled the order to save myself more trouble.
