We went through the drive through. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Not sure what is going on at this burger King.
A month before this, I ordered 2 sandwiches. When I got home there was only 1.

just passing through and was falling asleep at the wheel so i needed a pit stop. i got the whopper combo and multiple staff members seem friendly and on the ball like they care about their jobs, which is shocking. however, the whopper itself was kind of terrible. like there was none of that flame charred taste and it was lacking that white onion that makes a whopper a whopper. before you judge me on details, i mean the whopper has been around at least 40 years so i have a lot of sample sizes so i kind of know what a dang whopper is supposed to taste like. the fries were sad and flavorless but that's actually normal. the location had the modern decor and i was surprised at the slushee option available by the soda machine like you can get that without paying extra, so that's cool.

Had me waiting in line at the drive though for 10 minutes. When I said something to see what the hold up was i was told to wait again. After waiting another 4 minutes I just said to hell with it and I was driving past there were just 2 employees chatting in the window. This restaurant has two screen for a double drive in line and they can't even handle a single line. Sad

Yet another messed up order from you neighborhood burger king. Ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers. Got one single patty burger with 3 specks of bacon, second burger was one full patty, and one half patty, zero bacon. At least I paid with a gift card and didn't have to spend my own money on this one.

Purchased a number 1 sandwich just now and it was cold at 8:15am, I don’t understand why. I generally go here often today was the last day.

I saw a dozen cars leave the drive through in 30 minutes and they’re 8 cars in line now. When I finally got to the window, everyone was goofing off.

4:50 Thurs Nov. 4, Guy at the window was the best! He needs some kind of promotion for him being so nice even though he has to deal with rude people all day!!

Pulled thru drive thru and hand written note saying "Sorry, out of meat for whoppers, no lettuce, onion, pickles, " What the heck 😳
The guy who took my order seemed like he was either drunk or doped up and when I got my order I had order in total 3 large fries I got 3 medium fries and when I asked him if she fries sizes have been changed he lied and said they had when I watched another employee fill up large fries cartons. I will not return there that's not a good environment.
No body in drive through . We were told that the lobby was open. As soon as we get in and stand there for 15 min, without order being even taken the lady in the kitchen makes the statement "I'm bout to lock the front door, these people need to leave" never again will this burger King get my service . Everytime me and my kids come here they are ridiculously rude . Every. Single. Time.

It was all going well until the manager tried to charge me twice for one item after interrupting an employee from ringing up my order. Then was adamant the total was correct. Do not go here unless you want to support theives.

Very over weight workers love to especially talk down on people especially the color of there skin the food is horrible customer service sucks. Last time i checked if nobody came to get food because of how yall treat people you wouldnt get your little checks
