I got food poisoning and management never responded back to me when I called to let them know that I was sick from their food. Needless to say I will never eat anything from them again.

Obviously they dont require there employees to be able to read i ordered from them today and they forget both orders of fries with this order so I reorder the fries and guess what they still messed that up. These owners need to do better about who they put in these stores working cause Obviously they can't hire competent employees

This locations is the worst within 1hr drive by far. (Maybe go talk to the person running the one in wareshoals it runs so smooth food always hot nice employees if i lived closer you would never ever ever see me 10ft near this location) Whoever runs this location have you ever gone to your own restaurant? All the problems are the staff I've been to this location plenty of times and its always the same problem the employees here are extremely lazy and rude. They will not acknowledge you when you walk in or stand right in front of them for 20min and then when they finally do help you they have bad attitude make faces at you like a little kid throwing a tantrum and all together extremely unprofessional from what appears to be the person running the kitchen! Witch i presume all the problems come from the terrible management. Will not be returning to this location anymore don't feel like waiting 30min for cold. Ill take the drive into downtown greenwood for way better service and warm food.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've even tried calling the store to address the issue, but no one cares to answer the phone any time of day.
Firstly , there were no straws or spoons in the bag for our drinks and our franken sundaes, The lids on our drinks were not secured onto the cups and ended up spilling out into the bag, And into the seat of our brand new vehicle. Also, I requested that the order be ready to pick up in the drive through at 10:35 pm, but my spouse arrived at 10:32 and they were completely unaware of the fact that they had an online order. There was only toppings on one of the sundaes, one burger was supposed to be no onion or pickle, yet it was there, no zesty sauce, my spouse was supposed to get sweet tea but got Dr pepper and ALL of the food was cold. This is not the first issue with them. Whether you're going for yourself or door dashing, every employee looks like a deer caught in the headlights. They have no idea what they're doing, nor do they care. No customer, no paycheck!!! I want my money refunded to me, and you need to fire and rehire every position in that location!!! Pathetic.

I love this Burger King. The food is typically hot and fresh and the staff is amazing. The drive thru backs up a bit, but it's worth it because it's almost like cooked to order.

Friendliest service I've encountered using a drive-thru in quite a while. It's why I rarely use them. But this Burger King had an extremely kind and caring lady working the window. I couldn't give the food 5 stars because they couldn't give me the Dr Pepper I requested.

Total of 4 customers in the store. 45 minutes to receive 2 double cheeseburger and small onion rings. Bacon double cheeseburger with mayo, no mustard. Double cheeseburger with onion is the order. 1st BDC, they put mustard, no mayo. Asked them to correct it, they did, but forgot the bacon, I ask and they corrected, except they put mustard on the new one. 2nd The DC with onion had no onions, then no cheese, then 1 burger not the double. Small onion rings ($3 for 4 onion rings which was freezing cold by the time we got the sandwiches back. In the end the manager was rude because we kept handing the sandwich back asking to correct it. Low level job that you can't get right? 4 trys in 45 minutes, I no longer support higher wage for these types of jobs because it's good training for the real world of work, so if you can't do this right, there's a very slim chance of a meaningful career in their future. Store #89 in greenwood SC, check your bag while at the counter. open your sandwich and look, because these people had no one care of service what so ever, just take what we give you and go. A family of 4 came in and had the same experience as we were waiting for our corrected sandwich.

Burgers were good but gave us food posining. We were put on wait at the drive thru when we were the only ones there, looks like only 2 people work there so I don't blame them for their crappy management. Like how in the world can a fast food place give food posining when everything is precooked and frozen, something definitely expired. Also what is with the fake 5 star reviews to keep it from being 1 star
