My mother, daughter, and son just came through the drive through here. We placed our order and the girl taking our order asked if it was correct on the screen. We let her know that it was not and she corrected it and had an attitude and told us ,”well that’s not what you said.” Then when we pull around there an older gentleman in front of us and the girl at the window was being so loud and rude to him. He gets his food then leaves. We pull up to the window another girl reaches out her arm without looking at us and gives u our total and still not looking where she is reaching we put the card in her hand to pay. She takes it and then still doesn’t look where she’s reaching and puts her arm out to us with the card and receipt and we say thank you she replies MMHMMM and shuts the window. Another girl comes to the window and gives us our food and we tell her we hope she has a great rest of her day and she gives us a mean look rolls her eyes and says yeah mhmm you too and slams the window shut. We were just passing through on a small trip and wanted something to eat. We didn’t ask for an attitude and crappy service. People just go to work just to get a paycheck and go home and don’t care how they treat people. How would you like if someone come to you or your family and treated them the way you did us and the man in front of us?? You would be upset too. I hope the manager sees this and takes the appropriate action needed against the both of you. Have a wonderful day God Bless!!

Hours of operation say they are open the lobbyists closed and cant get food. Drive to his wrapped all the way around the building. Your hours of operation say you're open you need to have a sign on the door that says the lobby is closed if it's closed.

I sat in drive thru for 20 min , went to the window and employees acted like they didnt know anyone was waiting in the drive thru. They were cutting up and having a good ol time. I left and will never go back. This place need an overhaul and a good mgr. Soooo Frustrating. Wake up people.

They got my order wrong three times; when I pulled up to the window to pay for my order, I had to sit there for fifteen minutes, the employees looked high and bugged out.

Food is fine when they get it right, but most visits are spent waiting 5-15m just to order at the mic.

Management is non-existent, the workers seem underpaid and overworked as they never have enough staff. Considering how well the one across town runs at times (It's also insanely slow, to the point you could call in a burger at a local joint and have it faster), this one is an embarrassment to the franchise and should just be shut down. This poor experience has been consistent for at least 5 years. I know because I have records of my attempt to contact management, customer service, etc, with no response. It was tolerable at one point, but since the pandemic don't even waste your time. Close this place as a loss, and let another fast food place take over.
