I am honestly surprised by the amount of good reviews regarding this restaurant. Since I moved to Greenwood, I’ve gone to this place three times. The first two times I had some minor inconveniences like simply not liking the taste of food or strong burning taste. One time we got a strawberry shortcake dessert and the strawberries were mushy and somehow carbonated. However, today was my last visit and i will be doing it out of principle. The food was fine, however, my sister in law and my husband got the same thing. Pork ribeye. I asked my husband a piece of his food and after I tried it I realized it’s chicken. You can’t mess chicken with pork when you taste it. We weren’t too upset, I just wanted to let the waitress know, that way we got charged the right amount whether it was less or more. In response, we had some lady coming out (I assume a manager), and just bluntly started to gaslight us into thinking it was pork. Once again, we compared the two “porks” we had. The color was different, the taste, and even the look. Not only you’re going to bring the wrong meat, but you’ll also try to prove me I’m wrong??? I wish I had taken pictures, but we, as a table, were in too much of a shock. Once again, this restaurant does not deserve the rating it has. Nothing special. I’ll stick to going to olive branch and New York pizza & pasta. I suggest you do the same.

This was our first time to Capri. Jason was an excellent server, making some good suggestions, and provided extra special treatment since it was our first time and also our anniversary. We will most definitely return to Capri.
Great authentic Italian! Large portions and nice atmosphere. So much better than the big national chain places. Worth a stop in the next time you are in Greenwood, SC or just make a trip to visit!
not up to par. it’s nice in the inside but the food was bland. not real italian. coulda ate a michelina frozen alfredo for a cheaper price.

First time here. The bread was so fresh it almost feels like it melts in your mouth with the olive oil, spices and parmesan cheese dip they provide. I got the garden salad minus the banana peppers and olives. I added egg, bacon and mozzarella cheese. The placement on the plate was perfection and so fresh. My entree was Classic Lasagna and it was delicious. I haven’t had a homemade Italian dish in quite a while. The portions are huge. Definitely may need a take home container. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Can’t wait to come back with my family.

Always delicious!! The toasted ravioli appetizer is not only delicious but large enough for 4 people. Actually, all of their appetizers are! We've worked our way through their menu and we haven't found a clunker. The strawberry shortcake is made with pound cake. We always look forward to it.
