I typically eat there one or two times per month as the food is pretty good. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The first issue: I ordered a Cheeseburger, Cole slaw and a side salad instead of fries. the cheeseburger arrived with fry's and the side salad.But when I told her , I didn't want the fries she was irritated and told me that she would charge me for the coleslaw (.99). The fault was hers, not mine. I didn't eat the fries. I had to also get up and go to the counter to request more sweet tea. The next issue is FRAUD! I received an email notification regarding my previous day charges that showed my purchase at the cheeseburger house and THEY HAD CHANGED THE TIP! That is terrible! How many people are they doing that too and for how long. That's just greedy, immoral and a serious lack of judgement and integrity. Im sorely disappointed and will not return and will share this story widely in this community as I live here.

Went there for the first time today with the family and it will not be our last. The food was great and so was the service. Only wish they stayed open past 4 but i guess finding people to work now days isn’t that easy. Look forward to the next time.

We absolutely LOVE Cheeseburger House! We've tried other local places and we always come back. Their burgers just plain taste better and their slaw is the best I've ever tasted! I always tell all my friends, if they're into traveling for a good burger, this is the place to go!

First time getting food from here in the year we've lived in Greenwood, great food and fast service. Amazing greasy hand pattied burgers that melt in your mouth, ranch you want to drink and a sweet tea that will keep you going back inside for a refill. So so so yummy!

I got my food to go and I ordered a cheese burger, well when I got home and opened the box I seen that they just through the food in there didn't put the burger together nothing it was just scattered my fries was in my burger like attached to the meet. Over all the survivors was good and the workers are very nice and respectful. It's just the way of them handling the food. I would still recommend this restaurant just check your food before you leave 😁👍🏻
