This used to be my go to restaurant. I would visit multiple times a day on a regular basis. The last few months have been absolutely terrible customer service. Food is fine but customer service is the worst at this particular location. I was going through the drive thru tonight with an order for 5 chicken sandwiches (one with no pickles), a brownie, and 5 grilled nuggets. I had not been sitting at the front of the line long and they asked if they could pull me over to the parking lot. I said I preferred not to move because I’m pulled over almost every time I go through the drive thru for dinner. Every time I’m pulled over it’s like they forget I’m over there. Last time I was waiting more than 20 minutes. I called the store and told them I was still waiting (2 basic salads and 3 kids meals) and they magically walk it out right then. I honestly just didn’t want to have to go through that once again. The food runner went back and told the manager (I assume) that I refused to move and the manager had a terrible attitude and I could hear it all. She said it wouldn’t be 20 minutes and it would be 2 minutes because grilled nuggets were coming up and that’s all they were waiting on. If they had an issue I would have been happy to explain more as to why I didn’t want to move versus them talking rudely. Crazy thing is they had my food out in less time than it would have taken had I moved. Why ask me to move if the food is that close to ready? I know they want to get others and their food out but they can wait just as I have to wait because I do not order anything crazy.

Employee forgot my sandwich, the person I was with ordered nuggets and they were over cooked, my fruit cup was bad (the apples were brown and the strawberries were sour and blueberries were sour and mushy). Less then satisfactory experience in all.

I was in this location in last evening. The guy was rushing me and rude. I asked can someone else take over. He stood there like he was right. Saying she is a manager with the nastiest attitude. I sat down ate my food peacefully with my family. As I was leaving out he asked me a question and I responded. Then he proceeded to asked what is my name. I told him it didn’t matter because I
was leaving. Then he goes to say UGLY that you. UGLY. When I tell after 2 this location is not a place Inwoild recommend. The morning and lunch crew are the best. The evening crew you can expect a mess up. To have to deal with this foolery of approach from an employee is beyond me. I have never had to experience this. To talk to a general manager and another manager. They made me feel like I was in the wrong. I have a right to choose who I want to serve me at a restaurant. For Chi fila to care so much. They need to retrain some of their n employees. All of the employees here are not bad. They still have some great people in this location. I have to put that out there. I will now be going to chic fila after 3 anymore.
