This place is on my bad side rn cause why am I always missing something and why is my order always wrong I have several orders that has been messed up but I haven’t complained once, this is my first time cause I’m always missin simple stuff then I pay for it and it’s not in my bag I try to give this place a chance but bad experience everytime I come here workers need to do better

This used to be my go to restaurant. I would visit multiple times a day on a regular basis. The last few months have been absolutely terrible customer service. Food is fine but customer service is the worst at this particular location. I was going through the drive thru tonight with an order for 5 chicken sandwiches (one with no pickles), a brownie, and 5 grilled nuggets. I had not been sitting at the front of the line long and they asked if they could pull me over to the parking lot. I said I preferred not to move because I’m pulled over almost every time I go through the drive thru for dinner. Every time I’m pulled over it’s like they forget I’m over there. Last time I was waiting more than 20 minutes. I called the store and told them I was still waiting (2 basic salads and 3 kids meals) and they magically walk it out right then. I honestly just didn’t want to have to go through that once again. The food runner went back and told the manager (I assume) that I refused to move and the manager had a terrible attitude and I could hear it all. She said it wouldn’t be 20 minutes and it would be 2 minutes because grilled nuggets were coming up and that’s all they were waiting on. If they had an issue I would have been happy to explain more as to why I didn’t want to move versus them talking rudely. Crazy thing is they had my food out in less time than it would have taken had I moved. Why ask me to move if the food is that close to ready? I know they want to get others and their food out but they can wait just as I have to wait because I do not order anything crazy.

Line moves really quick!!

This is a to-go Chic-fil-A location, that is set up with 2 drive thru lines. There are a few picnic tables and chairs if you choose outside dining, but no inside dining at all. Hence, there are no condiments stations or public bathrooms,

The absolute worst experience I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A. My sister goes to the Chick-fil-A by the mall and isn’t familiar with this locations drive thru. We placed a mobile order. When we pull in she accidentally passed the speaker box and when we got to the window we told the blonde girl that we were sorry. We did have to wait which we completely understood. But her nuggets weren’t cooked all the way and fries were cold. I’m very disappointed. Will be contacting the owner.

3rd time I've gotten food in morn, chic minies raw, doughy taste like fish or something that's not chicken, the cookies cold and hard, rock hard. What's going on w chic fila, we pay too much money to be crap
