On December 26, 2025 I went to Laurens, SC. Chick-fil-A and every time that I go to Chick-fil-A I order a #8 a chicken wrap and do you know what I receive after I pay $11.99? I receive a plain chicken sandwich! Getting to Chick-fil-A, I pass a Hardee's, a Burger King and a McDonald's who all sell plain chicken sandwich so why would I want a plain chicken sandwich when I get to Chick-fil-A? Are you running low on your quota of selling chicken sandwiches?
It never fails! I order a chicken wrap meal for $11.99 and I receive a plain chicken sandwich with a single tiny pickle.

Can’t get tired of eating at Chick-fil-A! Good place to stop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Although this drive-thru can get busy at times, the line keeps going and is not as terribly long of a wait. The service and food is consistently great at any location you go to.

This Chick-Fil-A seems to be a very active, fun place. My wife and I dropped in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. The cow was milling about, the kids had an activity to do, and on the table was a schedule of all of the fun family events coming in the next few weeks/months. It was just a very positive envionment. There was a friendly lady going around checking on customers, the place was clean, the service was fast, the coffee was on point, and the food was great. They're doing it right at this spot!

This place is on my bad side rn cause why am I always missing something and why is my order always wrong I have several orders that has been messed up but I haven’t complained once, this is my first time cause I’m always missin simple stuff then I pay for it and it’s not in my bag I try to give this place a chance but bad experience everytime I come here workers need to do better

This used to be my go to restaurant. I would visit multiple times a day on a regular basis. The last few months have been absolutely terrible customer service. Food is fine but customer service is the worst at this particular location. I was going through the drive thru tonight with an order for 5 chicken sandwiches (one with no pickles), a brownie, and 5 grilled nuggets. I had not been sitting at the front of the line long and they asked if they could pull me over to the parking lot. I said I preferred not to move because I’m pulled over almost every time I go through the drive thru for dinner. Every time I’m pulled over it’s like they forget I’m over there. Last time I was waiting more than 20 minutes. I called the store and told them I was still waiting (2 basic salads and 3 kids meals) and they magically walk it out right then. I honestly just didn’t want to have to go through that once again. The food runner went back and told the manager (I assume) that I refused to move and the manager had a terrible attitude and I could hear it all. She said it wouldn’t be 20 minutes and it would be 2 minutes because grilled nuggets were coming up and that’s all they were waiting on. If they had an issue I would have been happy to explain more as to why I didn’t want to move versus them talking rudely. Crazy thing is they had my food out in less time than it would have taken had I moved. Why ask me to move if the food is that close to ready? I know they want to get others and their food out but they can wait just as I have to wait because I do not order anything crazy.
