chic fil a is on point when it comes to service and they don’t waste your time people should be more like chic fil a when they are preparing their business model

This used to be my go to restaurant. I would visit multiple times a day on a regular basis. The last few months have been absolutely terrible customer service. Food is fine but customer service is the worst at this particular location. I was going through the drive thru tonight with an order for 5 chicken sandwiches (one with no pickles), a brownie, and 5 grilled nuggets. I had not been sitting at the front of the line long and they asked if they could pull me over to the parking lot. I said I preferred not to move because I’m pulled over almost every time I go through the drive thru for dinner. Every time I’m pulled over it’s like they forget I’m over there. Last time I was waiting more than 20 minutes. I called the store and told them I was still waiting (2 basic salads and 3 kids meals) and they magically walk it out right then. I honestly just didn’t want to have to go through that once again. The food runner went back and told the manager (I assume) that I refused to move and the manager had a terrible attitude and I could hear it all. She said it wouldn’t be 20 minutes and it would be 2 minutes because grilled nuggets were coming up and that’s all they were waiting on. If they had an issue I would have been happy to explain more as to why I didn’t want to move versus them talking rudely. Crazy thing is they had my food out in less time than it would have taken had I moved. Why ask me to move if the food is that close to ready? I know they want to get others and their food out but they can wait just as I have to wait because I do not order anything crazy.

I love eating here, the food is great. I love their chicken!! They have 2 drive through lines with no inside seating, free parking and outside order and dine area at one location but the location a little farther up the road has 1 drive through, but order and pay stations before the window, they also have free parking and inside dining. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Hope you enjoy!

great work staff, I got 4 little ones. my youngest wanted to bump baby shark (remix) the ladies at the window were dancing and made their absolute day. ✌🏻 I wish all CFA were this awesome!
Love there food. They have service and waiting time down to a science in proficiency.

Chick-fil-A is a great addition to Lander University! It has a full menu, unlike airport or hospital locations, however, they don't take orders or payments from the Chick-fil-A app. You can use your Bearcat bucks to pay for your food but you must have your ID card (not your phone ID). The food is exactly what you expect from a Chick-fil-A and the service is relatively quick.Right now during covid there is no seating in the restaurant but you can walk just outside into the student center and eat there.
