The food is absolutely delicious, unfortunately my family has gotten sick several times after eating it- yes I’m dumb enough to go back for more , what’s 3 times out of a dozen- not to bad of odds but this last time thought we all were going to die.. first two times thought it may be a a coincidence but this time no doubt it wasn’t anything else but the food.. Still it’s the best bbq I’ve tasted in 50 plus years- It hit my wife and daughter particularly hard this time so sadly will be our last time- we always get the same thing so not sure what the culprit was- I’m sure they will say well no one else has complained, nobody likes a bad review but there’s no way we are the only ones maybe they just didn’t speak up like we did not until the 3rd time.. Love bbq and this is so close to our home but definitely not worth the runs for 2-3 days .. EDIT.. Yes I’m sure it hasn’t been reported most people just let it go and don’t come back - as we were going to do but it was the third time- maybe 4th but didn’t want to look so stupid as to keep trying it- in all fairness this was over a period of a year and a half or two and we have eaten there over a dozen times- but boy this last one is rough - food still excellent tasting just a warning to those that may have health conditions and may not want to chance it - although there’s no guarantees with any restaurant- Many also do not like leaving a review like this over the fear of backlash but I’m at that point in my life where that kind of thing doesn’t bother me.. It happens and I know there’s zero chance that it didn’t happen to someone else on Wednesday- just because it wasn’t reported.. surely it could not just be my chicken, beans, or coleslaw when it’s all made from the same place..

Today was the first time trying their food! We got the pulled pork and brisket plates with Mac & cheese and baked beans. Delicious food and a wonderful staff! Thank you! ☺️
My husband and I love BBQ and try a new restaurant everywhere we travel but CJ’s BBQ 2 GO is my new favorite place!!! We ordered the party plater to share with some family and had brisket, chicken and pulled pork! All 3 meats were delicious and perfectly cooked! Here lately I’m into brisket and CJ’s has the best brisket I’ve ever had- hands down! It was cooked so perfectly with the dark outside coating and just the right amount of juicy fat!!! (Every BBQ fan knows there has to be some juicy fat! Lol!) I was even surprised with the sides! We had red skinned potato salad, Mac & cheese, baked beans and slaw. They weren’t the same ole sides you get everywhere BBQ is served! They had something different and were absolutely delicious too! I can’t say enough about how satisfied we are!
For people wondering if I know these people and just leaving a great review- I’ve never met them before yesterday but I’m sure we be getting to know each other more because I will be ordering from there a lot more!

The food wasn't bad but it didn't really have a smoke flavor to me and they only offered bbq as a condiment. The price was ridiculous, I pad $21 for two sandwichs without sides.
Bar Be Que to go. Beef Chicken and Pork. Sandwiches or by the pound. Really good.
