The past 2 times I have went thru the drive thru my hush puppies were not in the bag the time before this last time half of my order was not In the bag. Great food when I get it

This place is a good option if it is late and nobody else is open. The milkshakes are good. Wait time in drive thru is time consuming with line stretching to road. prices are decent.

Cookout in Greenwood has recently took a turn for the questionable. My wife and I love to get a couple Coke Floats but the last 2 weeks it's been a toss up 50/50 it's either the perfect treat on a hot day or the cup is half full of coke and one small scoop of ice cream. Someone working the ice cream machine needs to be fired.

Tried to place an order at the cookout in Greenwood SC only to be told by the so called mgr that they couldn't prepare my cheeseburger quesadilla the way I always get it prepared with pickles, mustard, mayo and ketchup. Told me they would give me packets...guess they were going to give me packets of pickles too. When u order onion rings with your tray they only give 4 small onion rings. Would it help if I brought my own onion? Count your days Cookout your service sucks!!!
