They served me certified charcoal, 1/4 meals were edible, thin patties, oily everything, service 2/10, they forget to put items in the bag, and you don’t have to be happy about your job, but bare minimum be professional. I love cookout, but this one is my least favorite.

This is one of the places I've been to in Greenwood that has the rudest employees. These young kids want to make money, but they lack people skills. You can not work with the public and have a rude and nasty attitude. This is one place that I will never dine at again.

One step above dog food, but I'm sure with the flies flying around the front door on the inside, it could be possible dog food. This place is nasty.
I love Cook Out. I went inside intending to eat my lunch in the dining room. However the tables were filthy and could not find a clean spot. So I ate in my car. The fries did not taste that good either.

Be careful in this place, it's like someone poured grease all over the floors.Tables are dirty and toilets leak.I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed this place down.

Just ordered a hamburger with ketchup, xtra pickle, tomato mustard no cheese with regular fries. My husband ordered the out west style tray. My meal came out with cheese on it and with cajun fries. My husbands west style burger came out plain. We took the burgers back up to the counter. The cashier called the teenage cook up to the front. He grabbed the burgers off the counter and walked away without saying a word. No apologies were given from any of the staff. as we sat down to eat, we noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant. There are four dirty tables and trash on the floor and the trashcan was full. Meanwhile, you have four staff members behind the counter chitchatting and playing on their phones. Having worked in the restaurant business for over 20+ years, I question whether the hair guidance has changed. One of the new cashier‘s hair was passed her waist in length not pulled back nor pulled up. I realise it is tough to get help in the hospitality realm, however being new to the area I seriously doubt if I will return as there are several other choices in the area.
