I usually come here once or twice a month for dinner with my mama and the babies for the Grandma Sampler. I am addicted to breakfast food so when I am craving breakfast and I don’t feel like cooking… I come here! Always so good, love looking around in the shopping area. Can’t skip it!

I appreciate the ambiance of Cracker Barrel. Service was quick, we were seated immediately and our orders were taken shortly afterwards. The waitress was pleasant and polite. When asked a question she didn’t have the answer to, she didn’t hesitate to apologize and take the initiative to go and find out.
Unfortunately, our coffee wasn’t hot at all. Also, my order was not accurate according to the description on the menu. Our waitress addressed the matter to no avail. I was given the same item as a replacement. It to was not accurate as to the menus discerption. This item was the soul reason for the meal that I ordered.
Nonetheless, our overall visit was pleasant. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the staff, as well as the courtesy of the waitress.

First of all this must have been the waitresses first table ever. She never came back to check on us and she never refilled the tea. A big no-no. Then I paid extra for broccoli casserole and it was cold when it came out on the play when I said this to the waitress all she said was okay. No offer to get some hot casserole or whatever. Worst experience ever at a cracker barrel I usually love it!

Just went in to get my wife's favorite mints. Associates were not very friendly. Got when I came in for and left. Didn't Bother anyone by looking around. Praise the Lord!

The waitress kindly waited until our party who hadn't seen each other in about 20 years was finally ready to order. The atmosphere was nice not too noisy. The food was good, except the mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold as well as cold gravy. The sales clerks in the store were kind enough to snap a picture of our party. I would recommend this restaurant, but maybe consider the mashed potatoes very carefully.

I dont know the mans name at the Greenwood Sc Cracker B.
But he was Tall, with curly hair an was an EXCELLENT Waiter for our party of 10!

My only complaint is that the womens clothes do not ammodate fluffy women providing 3XL and 4XL clothing in a town where there are many fluffy women

I have not been to Craker Barrel in ages. I decided to give it a try since I'm vegetarian and wanted some good country cooking. I ordered the 4 veggie plate. I ate every last piece of every thing on my plate and was still hungry!!! The portions they give are extremely small servings. I had an order of fried Okra. There were 8 pieces of Okra. I counted about 12 beans, seriously !!! I have never gone to a restaurant, eaten every crumb on my plate and was still hungry. I had to order another side to even feel like I had eaten something. The person I was with had to order something additional also. Not sure if it was just this location in Greenwood or if this is the norm at CB now, but needless to say, I won't be back.
