Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I received an email stating I could get a free dessert through 5/5/25. I was in the restaurant in 5/4/25. When I requested the dessert I was told it didn’t go into effect until 5/5/25. I showed the waitress the email and she agreed that I was reading it correctly so she would show it to the manager. When she returned she told me it was a typo on the email sent out BUT OFFERED NO COMPENSATION FOR THE ERROR MADE BY CRACKER BARREL! I was disappointed when Cracker Barrel (supposedly the number one family friendly restaurant) started selling alcoholic beverages and it seems your restaurants have been going downhill ever since!

I used to love this place …but the experience my family and I have yesterday was absolutely awful the food was bad my salad was terrible the chiken black burnt…. other order chiken didn’t cook well was bloody in the middle… chiken tenders hard as rock … we never come back to this place

Normally we don’t have any problems with this restaurant. Not very busy. We had to wait over 45 minutes to have drinks on table. And we all were not satisfied with the quality of taste of food and service. It could be much better

Our waiter was excellent but our food was cold and the biscuits were too hard to eat. Quality at Cracker Barrel has decreased since Covid hit and we find it very difficult to eat there.

Not enough servers. Sat for 40 minutes before got food. Ordered turkey/dressing. Dressing was terrible and hardly any gravy. Quality of food and service lacks alot!!

Thanksgiving dinner here was great. I really enjoyed it. I got 2 Easter meals yesterday and they were horrible. The green beans tasted straight out of the can, into the microwave, and to my plate. Mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, again, lacked any flavor whatsoever. The dressing , only thing with flavor had awful crunchy uncooked chunks of celery and onion in every single bite. Turkey , no flavor. The slab of pecan pie didn't make up for it. Y'all dropped the ball on this one big time.

Absolutely Terrible customer service highly don’t recommend this location they sat us down then made us get up and moved us down the list we decided to take our business elsewhere

DON'T use the curbside service and don't try to call the restaurant directly! They will not answer the phone!!!
