My bread sticks were hard and horrible. My wings looked like a 3 year old made them. The food was good, but it was just prepared horribly. And the manager she needs to have a better attitude.

Domino's is A Pizza Place . Not a very good one , but maybe not the worst. The pizza was filling , their sauce is still as bad as it was 20 years ago. The service was at best called adequate. THE MOST HORRIBLE THING I OBSERVED WAS THAT THE ASSOCIATE PRESSING OUT THE DOUGH WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES , HE TOUCHED THE FACE OF ANOTHER ASSOCIATE AT ONE POINT THEN PUT HIS HANDS BACK INTO THE DOUGH. BUT IT GETS WORSE , TWO TIMES WHILE I WAS OBSERVING HE WENT TO THE CASH REGISTER AND TRANSACTED BUSINESS WITH NEW CUSTOMERS AS THEY CAME IN TO PUT IN ORDERS , HE THEN CAME BACK AND PUT HIS HANDS BACK INTO THE DOUGH. Finally my order was ready and I asked him for some garlic butter. He just stood there and looked at me. Finally this woman came out of the back somewhere and asked me what I needed. I told her what I had ask , she turned and ask him why he didn't give it to me . I ask if she was the manager and was told she was the assistant manager. I told her everything that I saw , she gave NO RESPONSE. ALL THIS HAPPENED @ 8:00 P.M. ON 4/6/2024 . Also , the restroom was absolutely filthy. But amazingly I haven't gotten sick yet and the food was tolerable. Customers Should Not Just Assume ANY restaurant is sanitary. THANKS !

tonight i ordered a pizza . it was free because of my points . and whoever the guy was to pick up the phone @10:32 on this date was not very polite . basically said we can give you points or remake it then proceeds to say oh it was free we could like remake it. i said that’s fine he said anything else . while i was still talking he proceeds to hang up . i call back he says dominos hold . and never comes back to the phone . i just wanted to ask do i give the pizza back or not ! it was completely dry ! no tomatoes sauce barely ! taste like it was just slapped together ! i know dominos is better than this i am disappointed!

Horrible customer service. There were 5 people working at the time I entered the establishment. Three young men were standing in a circle talking while 2 individuals up front were making pizzas. No one greeted me when I entered and I stood at the cash register for about 30-45 seconds before someone came to me. This was after I asked the question, "Is anyone working the cash register?" I do not understand why it took 3 people to pull pizza from the oven. I was highly displeased with the lack of proper customer service and only 2 people working it seemed like. Many people would like to go to work and collect a check from doing minimum tasks. However, that is not the way of the world at all. Dominons....do better please. Thanks!

Phoned in my order only to realize when I went inside to pick it up, I called the wrong store. Worker was super nice and made it a rushed order! Got it in just under 15mins!

Only gave 2 stars because the pizza was fine.Service- terrible. We had a call out order on January 26th,2024 at 8:45. We walked in at this time. One customer sitting down waiting and no one else other than us. However there were 6 employees behind the counter. 6. And not a one acknowledged us for at least 3-4 minutes while we stood at the counter waiting. A couple even turned and looked at us and said nothing. Not a word. Now, I don’t know how between 6 employees and only one customer who was sitting why we weren’t greeted in a prompt manner. They talked to each other and said nothing. Kept working making pizzas. Terrible service! Literally no excuse for it either.
Really appreciate getting everything right and on time for school party.

First I got an automated recording to order. They had my order really messed up so I said I want a live person. So I got a female that I couldn’t understand. I finally got my pizza ordered. 4 pizzas and it cost $90. That is ridiculous. 2 of the 4 was just large one topping. I won’t go back there again. And the pizza tasted terrible.

Placed an order for delivery online and an error occurred. I checked my bank account and money had been put "on-hold" (like a withdraw), but no order was showing in their system. Every time I have gone to the 72 bypass store there have been people on their cellphones and only the older gentleman worker seemed to have any idea of customer service, while the younger workers seemed to not give any cares about their work! Dominos, either shut that store down or find workers that care about their job and don't look high on drugs when walking in or calling! Very rude and disorganized business! Negative stars!!
