Frequently mess up orders. I got a sub today that wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered. The phone number won't connect or they won't answer it.

I had my order delivered. I ordered a turkey sub and cheetos. I got onions on my sub which I did not order and the cheetos were flaming hot ones, not what I ordered. A little disappointed.

This was the first time I've ever been here. And probably the last. I ordered a brisket and cheddar. Living in Texas for a while i love brisket and was very surprised to see it on the menu. So I happily ordered it was very disappointed it tasted just like an Arby's beef and cheddar right down to the sauce. Very disappointed.

We use to eat here several times a week for the last 16 years. Not anymore! Today makes the third time in a month I’ve called to place an order and no one answers the phone at all or they do and immediately place you on hold and never come back. And it’s not because they are busy. There is literally one table of people (2) who already have their food and they are not making food when we walked in as we were still trying to call. No thank you. If your employees are that lazy then we will eat a sub somewhere else. They obviously don’t want business.

Who doesn't know how to make a simple tuna sub!?!?!? If you don't like your job get a new one and not in the food industry!!! I wouldn't feed this to a homeless cat🤢🤮
Update: returned to the store thinking it would be corrected but it wasn't!! Instead of fresh ingredients the same tuna was just taken off and mixed with mayo!!! None of the workers would ever allow them or their family memebers to be treated this way, why do it to others!!!!Never again!!!!

I ordered a sub with Only hot mustard. I looked at the sub while in the store and noticed it had cheese on it. I went back to cash register and told Kaitlyn that the sub is wrong she went on to say that I have to specify no cheese. I stated I said only hot mustard she said well we can’t give you your money back. I said can I speak to the manager? She said I am the manager and there is no one over me. I’m not giving you your money back. You have to specify you don’t want cheese either. I said what do only mean? She said yes but on her register you have to specify no cheese. As I walked out there was also a person behind where they fixed subs eating and licking a spoon. Then he warmed something up in the microwave and walked out while subs were being made. She was not professional nor was she for allowing a person behind where the food is being prepared to eat and licking off of eating utensils.

I ordered a pastrami on toasted wheat bread with Poon and Swiss cheese, lettuce, lettuce, and tomatoes I got neither I got a lettuce sandwich I had it delivered. It took an hour and a half.

Took 30 minutes to get 2 subs one of the workers opened the microwave to heat up the meatballs with his foot his sock I should say since he had on slides and the restaurant wasn't busy
