I stopped eating here a long time ago but my friend wanted to eat here so I thought I would give them another shot. Now I remember why this place sucks so bad. Manager and employees customer service is horrible. When my order was wrong they started arguing with me about what I ordered. I think I should know what I ordered. When I asked them to make the sandwich I ordered, they argued with me and wanted to charge me more. Poorly run restaurant. Manager was no help. Corporate office needs to step in and revamp this restaurant.

Got the special French Dip and Au Jus was just ‘hot water’. Took the sauce back and server gave me another and it was just as bad. Tried to get Coke Zero from the drink dispenser and was OUT. The sandwich was terrible too. Will not be back.

I hadn’t been to fire house in a very long time, so I was unsure of what to eat. Keaton took his time and was very patient with me. He gave me great advice and choices for the things I mentioned I like. He is a grade A employee! I will be returning.
