We will never be back to another firehouse because of this one. Absolutely awful service. The employees would rather sit back there and joke than actually do their work. Ordered 2 sandwiches with just three sandwiches ordered in front of us tell me why it took 5 employees over 30 minutes to make 5 sandwiches it's unacceptable and this was a less busy than usual time I really don't understand how this place is still open with wait times like that how long are people waiting on a super busy day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

The food is great but lately they have not been making food the way they used to. I wonder if new management is there. My sub has hardly any meat today and about half was just bread. It's expensive to pay 10 for a sub with hardly no meat. It's great food but not paying that price not to get the quality you pay for.

They're all pretty rude in there, disrespectful to customers and people looking for a job apparently. A young lady answered the phone during the lunch rush for someone looking for employment and they stated" You really called for a job during rush hour? Are you stupid?" then hung up. I really don't understand why they all have such short attitudes, if you don't like the job, just quit.

I Love Firehouse and everyone at this location are wonderful but the way the store is setup, its very hard and feels very crowded because you have to slide by tables where people are eating just to walk through. Therefore I usually always get mine to go.Wheelchair accessibility: I have to say because of how its set up inside, it would be inconvenient if you were in a wheelchair to have to maneuver by the tables to order your food.
