We came in today, and we all paid for drinks but the only two drinks available were unsweetened tea and Mello Yello, and was never told this when we paid for combos w drinks! Just saw signs on machine.No ice at first until they filled it.Then a person walked in with an arm full of food, from Chic fil a and Panera. They proceeded to sit down in your establishment and calmly ate their outside food with no confrontation. Then before they left, they dropped the Panera off at the counter for an employee to eat.Ketchup bottles were about empty, and it took almost an hour to get our food!This is sad! Greenwood gets the spare parts of everything.

First time here- Tasted like I was eating a salt lick … family could not eat the burgers- a few bites on each then threw in garbage- there’s no way they do this on every burger must have been a mistake- the fries were ok though- definitely skip and go to garden grill if you want a great burger they are far bigger and doesn’t taste like a salt lick.. 3/26/24.

I've been to this Fresh Burger a couple dozen times since they opened. It started out great! The food was good and the service was friendly. After today, I think I'm done there. Every time I go, the service gets worse, and the restaurant dirtier. The floor is so greasy that it's hard to walk inside. Counter people and cook are not remotely friendly. Ketchup is always empty. No condiments or napkins in to go orders. There's just nothing positive anymore. Food used to be really good, but it's gone way downhill as well. The chicken tenders used to be great. Now they are these tiny, frozen tenders thrown in the fryer, and they taste terrible. So much for that "fresh" in the name! I was hoping they'd get it turned around and kept trying, but it's just going downhill too fast.

Took my friend here yesterday to try for first time. We walked in at 1:30 went to counter to order. Immediately was greeted with who I assume was the cook telling us the restaurant was closing right then and we couldn't order any food??? The employee at counter decided we had 30 minutes and could order. I should have left right then. The floors we very oily and dangerously slick. The tables were very sticky. Anyway back to the horrible service. We order our two meals and I go to pay. The employee hands me the credit card machine and says I have to do it myself???? Which I do,now I'm really trying to not get upset at this point . I do my own transaction and go sit at table. When my food comes said employee tosses the basket of food on table spilling several of my fries and walks off. The fries were burnt,the burger was dripping in nasty grease. I got back to work and began to get sick 30 minutes later. Was up all night with upset stomach. Thought about reporting to dhec but just decided to never eat at this restaurant again. Customer beware,eat at your own risk. As a final point my meal cost me over 17.00???? I hate to see Any local business close but this place either needs to do way better or close it's doors!!!

Reading other reviews, sounds like we had a lucky day lol. My mushroom Swiss burger was the best burger I have had in quite a while. My partner also loved her chicken tenders. They were real chicken and she liked the breading. They were out of her garlic bread however. I did not care for the fries but she liked hers. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. Were told that it was a 30-minute wait on the wings..Our waitress / order taker was, but it did not seem like a well-oiled machine.

I came Monday night they had no bacon for my burger so I got something else. And I got a drink too she told me all they had was Fanta and the tea machine was broken so I asked for water. When I got my cup it had no lid I then I asked for a lid and she said we don’t have any! I was extremely taken away unprofessional and very disappointing.

My wife and I just tried Fresh Burgers restaurant (Greenwood)for the first time.and it was a very good experience.the service was friendly,polite and professional.we ate in and the restaurant was clean and inviting.the food was the best thing.Burgers great,fries ALOT and great and onion straws great.even the Diet Coke fountain drink was delicious which is fare.in conclusion,WE WILL BE GOING BACK!
