And again i tried to go to the dump because it's in my way to work. And again I must say worse over priced food ever, PLEASE RETRAIN THEM LAZY EMPLOYEES. They're so worried about their damn phone then the customers. Whole order was wrong and cold AGAIN AGTER I ASJED FOR IT TO BE MADE FRESH, AND I WAITED THINKING IT WAS BEING MADE FRESH. LOL Joke on me, because it was cold as ice lol and specifically told the rude young lady no tomatoes Please because I'm highly allergic to tomatoes. And what did they do? You guessed it, they slipped 2 big ones on there. I really need to talk to corporate because at this point, Hardee's really don't care about our well-being to continuing letting people work there who don't give a damn about their job or costumers safety

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I have been coming to the store on the regular for breakfast for the past 6 years visiting sometimes 1-4 times a week, no issues…but after this morning, i made the decision this store is NOT getting none of my money again!
i placed a order online after dropping my kids off for school, got to the restaurant, they said they didn’t have the items from the app i saw for this store….MIND YOU, the app still says processing, not delayed, not cancelled…i told them the items i want to substitute to satisfy my order, they refused and told me to cancel my order…here i am all over the app and there’s no option for me to cancel..they told me to pull forward and after a min, i saw my order was showing complete…
Waiting and waiting…THEY HAD ME PULLED UP FOR OVER 10 MINUTES!! I called the store instead of going in and immediately spoke with management…seems like she didn’t know what’s going on but i asked her what’s the hold up, why pull me forward and it’s been over 10 mins…
her reply is “they got busy, we forgot about you”
HOW YOU CAN YOU FORGET ABOUT A CUSTOMER WHEN 10+ CARS IS GOING AROUND ME!!??!?!!!!! AND I KNOW FOR A FACT YALL CAN SEE ME FROM THE INSIDE!!!! I HAVE A WHITE CAR!
this the far most WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! even though it took me to call the restaurant to substitute what i COULDNT get, but what i HAD to get without getting any of my money back…the food was not even hot except for the coffee but with me being forgotten is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Worse food ever, y'all need to re train them employees, whole order was wrong and cold and specifically put no tomatoes or ketchup because I'm highly allergic to tomatoes and they put them on there anyway. Employee's didnt answer the drive thru intercom i had drive around and knock on the window.
Terrible experience. Typically have no issues. Tonight my chicken sandwich was cold and soggy and so were my fries.

Clean, pleasant, and Delicious!!! The food was remarkably delicious for a fast food restaurant. The staff are fantastic! Always upbeat and personable with a great sense of humor! Rarely have I ever had such an experience at a fast food joint.

I wish that I can put zero stars, but it just won’t let me do that. The guy that was making the food on the table was being smart and asking why did I need condiments if I’m the customer you must remember why you have the job. I would never in 1 million years allow someone to be making my food especially if I’m going through a drive-through and the environment already seems like a bunch of crap. Yes I pulled off and went somewhere else to spend my money!!!
Very unprofessional! Waited forever to order in the lobby. Girl in back eating a candy cane in the kitchen and a dude with long hair just flopping around and not in a net. Will not go back.

On 11/23/2024 I went into Hardee's to purchase a meal on my lunch break when I walked into this establishment I seen "Diane Pulley" yelling at her employees the girl was begging for her job and the girl was crying her eyes out which Diane Pulley replied I don't care what you do for Hardee's as long as my customers are taking care of and money is made I will make sure I post this on All things Greenwood since apparently someone deleted my post . You do not treat people that way!
