Clean, pleasant, and Delicious!!! The food was remarkably delicious for a fast food restaurant. The staff are fantastic! Always upbeat and personable with a great sense of humor! Rarely have I ever had such an experience at a fast food joint.

I wish that I can put zero stars, but it just won’t let me do that. The guy that was making the food on the table was being smart and asking why did I need condiments if I’m the customer you must remember why you have the job. I would never in 1 million years allow someone to be making my food especially if I’m going through a drive-through and the environment already seems like a bunch of crap. Yes I pulled off and went somewhere else to spend my money!!!

On 11/23/2024 I went into Hardee's to purchase a meal on my lunch break when I walked into this establishment I seen "Diane Pulley" yelling at her employees the girl was begging for her job and the girl was crying her eyes out which Diane Pulley replied I don't care what you do for Hardee's as long as my customers are taking care of and money is made I will make sure I post this on All things Greenwood since apparently someone deleted my post . You do not treat people that way!

They didn’t even take my order and then after checking the window to make sure they were fully open they took the order of the car behind me and refused to take my order ridiculous 30 min wait for no service

This restaurant is terrible. Stopped by just to get a tea and waited for about 5 minutes before the rude employee came to take the order. If these people don't like their job, they might need to find another one. We will not be back.

Greenwood store by Dunn rite has the special on there biscuits two for five dollars plus tax. All others are way more. Service is very good.
Parking: Getting in and out is a bit tricky due to location but very doable.

Rudest person at drive thru and the last at the register. All she did was cuss and complain. They didn’t have the ribeye steak. I was asked to pull forward without asking what I might want. Went in and they making an order I didn’t want after I waited 15 minutes. So unprofessional. I will drive a little farther to go to the other one. The cook was nice and helped. That was it.
