I ordered food here recently, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The cheeseburgers were poorly put together and had no flavor. The portion of fries was ridiculously small—barely a handful—and they were ice cold. The chili cheese fries were no better; the meat tasted like it came from a can, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the fries were cold as well. For a place that claims to cook to order, everything was disappointingly cold even though I picked it up right when they said it would be ready. On top of that, the total was nearly $50, which makes the poor quality sting even more. This spot used to be good, but it has gone downhill fast.

Most of the food is really good, especially the burgers, but the wings were not good.

1 of only a few places you can eat on the lake by boat. Neat little dive with good cheeseburgers.

My boyfriend and I rode our motorcycles to this location for lunch today (Sun 07/13/25). He ordered the catfish and shrimp platter ($20) and I ordered the flounder and shrimp platter ($19). We also ordered an appetizer of hushpuppies ($10).
The waitress was a young girl who was unfriendly and inattentive. She never came to check on us after she brought our food and even left for the day because her shift was over and she didn't bother to let us know, even though we were trying to get her attention 10 minutes before she left because we were done and wanted to go. I even got up and brought our cups to our waitress while she was chatting at the bar with the other staff for refills and she was unashamed and offered no apology. The food was NOT fresh and actually looked and tasted like something that came from a grocery freezer section. The appetizer was brought with the food instead of before the food. The atmosphere was generally dirty and the staff seemed more concerned with bickering with each other over some drama that happened. Several times, staff looked directly at me while I was trying to get someone to come help us and did nothing. We will NOT return to this location as a result of our experience.

It was a great lunch experience so I mean this in a positive way. If you want a good burger at a place that could be inspiration for a Ray Steven's song or a chance sighting of a Coyote Ugly scene, this is your place!

While vacationing on Lake Greenwood we docked the boat here to grab some lunch and a couple drinks. We pulled up and the first thing we noticed was the lack of shade. We had two pups with us and wanted to keep them out of the sun. The only relief was around the tiki bar, which was the big redeeming quality here. The inside is cool with personalized dollar bills stapled to the walls. Ordering was weird. You ordered food inside and had to go to the tiki bar for drinks. For food we had wings and fries. Wings were typical buffalo flavor and were very over cooked. Couldn't eat most of them they were so hard and dried out. Fried were...fries. It was just an ok spot. I'd go back to hang at the tiki bar. But would leave the pups home next time. Especially during the summer.

Our waitress was fairly quick with greeting us and getting our drinks over to the table. At that point she took our dinner order. That was the last time we saw her. The wait for our food was a little long, but I’m not complaining about that. Let’s talk food. The menu has a calabash seafood section. Someone might want to look up what calabash style seals seafood is- lightly breaded and lightly fried. My flounder and shrimp were both pre-breaded and frozen. The only thing the restaurant did was drop it in a fryer. It was horrible. We never got the Cole slaw that was supposed to come with our meals. Tried to ask one of the girls but we never got it. Couldn’t ask our waitress because we never saw her again. (See below. This is not the serving team’s fault). $60 date night dinner— HORRIBLE FOOD. Service- it’s not possible for 3 girls take care of customers and run the bar. The managers should do better- for the staff and customers. Stop letting people sit if you can’t serve them properly. Those girl’s were busting their tails and I can’t imagine the complaints about service they had to put up with. We will not be back. Might be a place for drinks if you’re on a boat, but not worth the time or money otherwise. Also, be sure to read the long list of rules on the wall when you walk in.
Love their burgers. Sitting on the screened in porch looking at lake always fun
