The best customer service I've ever had!! A HUGH shout out to Tina who made sure I had the Broccoli Salad on my table Christmas Day!!!

I don’t know why I keep giving this location an opportunity. I placed an order a week ago and paid for it. Today we went to pick up our $90 order. They tried to charge me for it again. I explained that it was already paid for. The cashier didn’t know what to do and said “let me get my daughter”. Daughter arrives, she also has no idea what to do. She says “let me get my mom.” Mom comes back with another person. The 3 of them struggled for another 7 minutes to figure it out. Then 2 men came from the back to sit in the cafe chairs out front to have a cigarette, which several customers had to walk through to enter the restaurant. The last 4 years we have been driving to Greenville for our HoneyBaked Ham. I guess we will have to continue doing that since no one at this location can figure out how to properly run a simple menu restaurant. I just don’t understand why this location cannot get competent people to run it.

I was so disappointed with this honey baked ham. I literally go to honey baked ham all the time and happened to be in Greenwood for an event. My “the honey baked” sandwich wasn’t made how it’s made at every single other restaurant I’ve been to (it was cold) also the drink fountain was out so we had to get canned drinks and they were warm. (Cold sandwich warm drinks smh) I couldn’t even finish my sandwich it was so nasty. And for $30 I highly discourage getting your lunch here. Instead go to Chick-fil-A across the parking lot and spend the same amount for better quality and consistency

The ladies at the Greenwood SC store are always so nice and extremely helpful. I love honeybaked ham. I have shopped honeybaked in several states and highly recommend.

If you need to order for Holidays you should do it 3 months ahead of time, although they won’t allow that. When 2 years I have tried to order Holiday Hams and was told orders would start at a later date, I asked the specific date and called on that date only to find they are sold out. This happened to me 4 times to me at the Greenwood SC location.

VERY Disappointed!! Was Given Sweet Tea Instead Of Unsweet With NO ICE...With What You Are Charging For A Lunch Combo There Is NO Reasonable Excuse That You Dont Have Ice For Your Customers Drinks!
