Why would you be close to restock at 12 at lunch you are losing money and losing customers like that and why I put service is because they where closed to restock that’s why you have workers to do that not close down

Was not greeted upon arriving. There were only one table other than us there. They already had their food. They were four people working or shall I say talking to each other. We Sat there seven to eight minutes. Still nobody acknowledged us being there or taking our order or even bringing a menu. Won't be going back.

I have always loved the Huddle House, but they recently put up a “NO CONCEALED WEAPON” sign at the door to the one in Greenwood. I won’t be back until the sign comes down. We believe in the Constitution in SC. If they don’t, they don’t get my money.

Ordered on the app for pick up, got to the place and order was ready. Looked in the box before I left to check the order.
Burger was missing, just 2 buns and a few pickles in the box, and fries were missing. They remade the burger but never replaced the fries, I couldn't stick around only to complain or wait more time as I only get 30mins for lunch and they wasted half my break trying to figure out my order...
Remade burger had shredded cheese and that's it, tasteless.
Will not return, they had a 2nd chance and still screwed it up.

Got my order from delivery they took forever to make it .. only had half my food . Food had no taste.. and was terrible .. missing my coffee and half of my platter order and pancakes . That was the last straw with that place will not be returning . People are paid to do their jobs correctly but have zero pride in their work and do a half job it's disgustingly what's wrong with the world

Understaffed- pulled in the lot at 6:15 am when they were to open at 6:00. Employees smoking at the doorway said they wouldn't be ready to open until almost 7:00. Pass this one by.

You can tell who they cater to when you go in there and it’s definitely not us. We walked in the waitresses was just talking standing at register talking and hugging other customers not paying us any attention. We walked to a booth to sit down and waited for waitress to come clean table. She didn’t pay us any attention so after a while my friend had to go ask her to come clean our booth. In the mist of that the cook came from out back with a trash can he was just taking the trash out and went straight to cooking. He didn’t wash his hands or put on gloves he was touching raw bacon, bread , eggs everything. So after dumping trash he hadn’t washed his hands and just went straight to cooking it was so normal like he does it all the time. I knew I couldn’t eat there after I saw that and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
