This was our first time ever trying Jersey Mike's and we were not disappointed. My kids got a kick out of watching the ladies use the meat slicer. Both ladies were really nice, friendly & had no problem answering my kids questions (they're curious about everything lol) definitely recommend. Food was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Ladies were friendly. Talked to my kids, answered their questions without talking down to them.

Their sandwiches were really small and lacking in the meat department. I had to keep repeating my simple order of a #3 (ham and provolone). And I had to tell the employee 4 different times that I wanted to add chips (on the counter!!) and drink. Rude staff.

I had the worst experience I've ever had with this place tonight placed my order @7:40pm and never got it DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THE SERVICE SUCKS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO EAT BC MY ORDER WAS NOT PRIORITY( it's now 9:58pm 2 hours no food and now they are closed) very disappointed to spend $30+ and not get the food sad

Normally this is our go to "I don't wanna cook" meal. Normally they are thick sliced meat and cheese and 2 giants is enough for our family of 5. Not today.We were the only ones in there, the meat and cheese was sliced so thin we could see through it. The employees who Normally are nice seemed irritated we were there. Kinda sucks because we count on JMs to be awesome every time.

I really enjoyed coming to this place because I’ve never tried Jersey mikes before and to say it was good was a understatement it was amazing and the staff was really nice and accommodating and really let me take my time I believe his name was Cameron when I asked cause he was so nice and was a really good sub maker I will definitely be back.?
