Never Again, the chicken was mushy. I never had kfc chicken to be mushy it was literally falling apart. I ordered a family size meal, and they will give you a cup serving of food to feed a family of four. It's not like how it used to be. You had enough to feed your family and had some leftovers not at this location. Three workers came in on a Sunday after church, NEVER AGAIN! YES, they were busy. Yes, the tables needed to be wiped down, and yes, the drink machine was out of certain beverages. Yes, the oil needed to be changed. My nuggets were soaked in black grease. I had to go back and reorder something else. I couldn't stomach the mushy chicken. Unfortunately, the nuggets were nasty as well. The only things that were good were the greenbeans and the coleslaw. Sorry, KFC, yall need to make some changes with the food

Was told to come in and order no problem there except when you go in there’s a ton of other people waiting and some of the staff just walking around doing nothing. Not only do they need more staff they need staff that when it’s busy will show up and actually work.

I ordered the 3 piece combo extra crispy today as I have many times before. Once I got to window they asked me if I would take one piece original recipe. I told them One piece original would be fine. Once I got home every piece was original and the skin was off of falling off every piece. Once I removed the pieces from the box extra crispy pieces of crust was all in the bottom. Why would you remove the extra crispy pieces that you obviously all ready put in the box and put in original pieces( that looked like they had been taken out of another box) and put them in another customers box. Is that even legal. One piece was almost rubber and could not be eaten the other 2 original pieces were OK even if the crust was off or just hanging on. Anyone else experience this? I tried to contact restaurant but was unsuccessful!

Waiting time was over 1 hour to receive your order. Did not receive all The food that was ordered. But overall, the food is good if you are willing to wait a long time for it.

Had to go back 3 times to get my order right. And the manager got smart with my wife. Never will eat there again. Worse Kentucky Fried chicken I've ever been to in my life. And I've been to kentucky fried chickens all over the world. And Kentucky fried chickens. She's got a record congratulations. What a jerk!

Why is it so difficult to just get what you order? I was even asked to pull forward and wait... yet my order still wasn't right. The chicken and biscuits were under cooked and the sweet corn over cooked!!! Close and conduct retraining for all employees. There's more bread than meat on the drumsticks.

Every time I get food from here it is wrong. I got the 2 pc and the employee asked what pieces I wanted and I said a leg and breast and received the tiniest wing I have ever seen. I also did not receive fries with my second order. Horrible experience every time. Did not waste your money here.
