What a terrible waste of money. My husband ordered the buffet and they had one thing in the cold food section, no chicken (a chicken place with no chicken,either kind), the temperature was not correct in the hot section. The mashed potatoes were ice cold literally as was the gravy.pot pie, etc. They had run out of napkins and all the other cold items and the tea. The bathrooms were filthy. They didn't care. They came up with excuses after excuses. This was the one on the bypass. I ordered a sandwich instead and it took 30 minutes to get. I was ready to leave at this point. I finally got the sandwich with cold potatoes. I complained and she went and got some hot ones from the back. The excuse was one of the girls had put the potatoes in the cold section. That whole section is supposed to be hot. My husband told them DHEC requires hot food to be a certain temperature, They grumbled. Don't waste your money here. I heard several families say they would not be back and neither will we.

Got a bucket of chicken and I asked the chicken be split in half. Original and extra crispy. The girl who took the order repeated I wanted a half and half mix. I get home and its all extra crispy. Guess its too hard to give me what I ordered.

I show up at 8 PM to get food. The tea is spoiled, the girl taking my order has an attitude, and the cook is mad bc he has to make tenders. I wont be coming back here again. This is twice in a row that service sucked. And last time corporate didnt even answer me for 6 days.

Didn’t even get to order my food the lady with the tattoos all over her face would rather stand there and talk to one of her friends at the register than take the peoples orders and let’s not even mention the B on the door. Workers in the back being loud and disruptive. No hair nets, no gloves, all around bad experience.

If you care about your health I wouldn’t eat here. I went in to pick up a DoorDash (first of all they never have the food ready and always start when you get there) and none of the workers wear gloves when they prepare your food. I will be making a complaint to the health department.

Me my mom and son ate here today we got buffet and it was a little pricey for 3 people plus the foods was nasty and the Manager April was rude she act like it killed her to wait on us plus my mom ask her if they was anymore chicken because there wasn't but 3 pieces out there she act like it killed her to put more chicken out yall need to get better management to run the restaurant because they are not friendly at all.
It was pretty quiet today. I went through the drive thru an it was nice and quick. I did have to be pulled up an wait a few mins but it was not long at all. Nothing bad at all to say.

Customer service was okay! I wish my 2 piece White meal lived up to it's correct size or portion! My wing was the size of a boneless wing chicken nugget, and the bone in the wing was broken. Seems like they could have given me another wing to make up for the size of just that one broken wing, and to get another wing they wanted to charge me $2.00 extra dollars and that wing looked exactly the same as the one I had in my box shaking my head! They can do so much better than that!!
