Customer service was okay! I wish my 2 piece White meal lived up to it's correct size or portion! My wing was the size of a boneless wing chicken nugget, and the bone in the wing was broken. Seems like they could have given me another wing to make up for the size of just that one broken wing, and to get another wing they wanted to charge me $2.00 extra dollars and that wing looked exactly the same as the one I had in my box shaking my head! They can do so much better than that!!

We order a 8 piece white chicken and got 8 pieces of greasy dark meat, very disappointed. Lots of wasted money lately, don’t trust any carry out nowadays. I wouldn’t recommend going to KFC in Greenwood. Too many mistakes at most all restaurants.

The drive through was smooth but I didn't get everything l ordered so I parked and went inside. The man at the counter was very nice and polite he made everything right and even added a few extras for me inconvenience.

Shorted us on a 16 piece order chicken. Chicken was Luke warm and not cooked thoroughly. Forgot one of the sides and refused to make it right. We drove 20 min to get food and will NEVER go back suggest you do the same! If not check your order!!

Got a 3 piece big box at the drive thru. Some of the best chicken I've eaten in a while! Sides and the biscuit were all on the money.
Got there about 430 ordered the buffet!!! A huge mistake once again a HUGE MiISTAKE!!! Got two pieces of corn on cob slaw a few gizzards and a thigh! No fresh chicken yet!! Ate that went back still no more chicken was replenished for the buffet so got want few gizzards left and asked if they would be bringing more chicken out and was told yes!!! No chicken ever came out and a guy came in and asked for the buffet and was told it was closed while I was standing there to see when the chicken was coming out!!! A real joke of a place !!!!!

2/19/24, ordered an 8 PC mela at 4:30 pm to be ready by 5 pm. Got there at 10 after 5 and went in. I was told "it hadn't come through yet" so I went to the car and grabbed my phone to check if the payment had come through. Went back in and the young lady in the drive through said it HAD come it just wasn't ready. I understood and advised I would be out in my car. When I came back in there was an order in the window, ready. As I turned the bag to see if my name was on it, a 40 something tall, heavy set woman pretty much yelled at me to say that wasn't mine and just took it away saying that was nobody's... I told her I was looking for a name, she didn't respond kindly AT ALL. I wasn't the only person waiting, the lady standing next to me looked at me with a "wth face". I have worked in the F&B business and now customer service industry for 25 years. I will NOT BE COMONG BACK. She doesn't need to be speaking with anyone.
