I’m livid! I drove from out of town on a short trip. When I arrived home and looked at my order I was floored. Not only did I not receive the right order. I also received a pizza that was poorly made and unrecognizable. I’m sick and tired of going to restaurants across the bored where the prices increase slightly and you either receive the wrong order and poorly made food. Nobody is willing to accept responsibility for their actions at all. I hate I wasted my time. I hate I wasted my money. But most importantly of all I hate being made to believe that this ridiculousness is ok.
I would like my order corrected. I would also like to be compensated for the intentional oversight of a poorly made pizza. I’m absolutely disgusted! All these places that serve customers need to be held accountable for the things they do.

They don't put a lot of toppings anymore. The supreme actually didn't taste good at all, even swimming in ranch. But I did forget extra sauce on it. The sausage is good , the pieces that have more than 1 piece of sausage. (Whoever gets that 1 piece with all the sausage is lucky )If you're going by measuring, then it has changed. I used to love pizza from here. Not so much anymore

How you gonna lock the doors on people that have already paid for our food? Then ignore everyone for an hour. Been staring at my food for 15 mins. Hot and ready as a rock at the bottom of the ocean. Keep the pizza

Ordered my food inside walked outside they come up and lock the door behind me I got a message that my food was ready to drive to line was wrapped all the way around the building and they shut the inside down while I was trying to get my food and would not come to the door would not answer the phone now I have to wait an extra 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my food it is illegal to have posted open hours and shut the doors and close the inside without notice and paperwork showing at the inside is closed and it's really horrible customer service to have a drive-through wrapped around the building and they said they closed the indoor portion of the business because it was a lot of people that's a good way to ruin business and to push customers away from your business

Wife ordered online for pick up time. Arrived with order not ready…. Was told to wait 10 minutes then come around. On second time around problem with order and needed to remake pizza. Chick-fil-A got the money for dinner tonight. Very disappointed in this location. Needs to figure out issues or they will close.

Little Caesars has definitely improved their product lineup, and this location seems to be well managed!

So sad 😞...I would much rather go all the way across town to the other Little Caesars for better pizza. Every time I get pizza from here, I order fresh pizzas 🍕 not hot and ready. Somehow, it's always old looking even though I wait for the pizza to come out with the pager. It's cooked uneven and just not very good. I usually get the ultimate pepperoni thin crust and it doesn't come covered in pepperonis. So we are now resorting to going across town which by the way is sooooo good and the staff is so friendly. Our pizza is always made right and piping hot 🔥

The pizza was good as always. Not sure why they call them hot and ready because this place never has pizza ready. We always have to wait. Before you ask, we only purchased 1 pizza the last time we went and still and still had to wait 10 minutes. This is a persistent problem at this specific location.
