20 min wait in line then 20 min to get pizza? no thanks.
watching 2 other cars drive off with no pizza either seems like a really bad business model.
Do better little Ceasars.
Called in an order the girl said they were really busy but took my order and asked me 3 times to repeat the order. She told me it would be 25 minutes. When we got there they had no record of my call in order and we had to wait 40 minutes for them took cook our pizzas. Very disappointed but the girl was really nice when taking my order!
Thank you for having great employees and a wonderful manager. Got pizzas through the pizza portal and they were not what I order but I didn’t check them until I got home. Called back and the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and polite. Once I got back to the store the manger helped me right away and apologize for my inconvenience. Thanks for the great customer service!!!
