How was the food, don't know. I attempted to place an order online but the app wasnt able to complete an order. After nearly 45 mins trying to get to the end only to see the entire order get wiped out when I tried to get a total. So I attempted to call in an order but was hung up on by someone at the restaurant. I had to settle for fast food.

A deli should have braunsweiger or at least know what it is. Plastic food in a plastic setting.

Staff is rude. Obviously free cookies only go to people who are lighter skin. I had to pay for mine. And it was my friend who stood right in front of me. I did not see this until I got my receipt. Won’t be coming back at all!

We are new to the area and decided to stop here for dinner one evening. Although I enjoyed my potato soup and chopped salad, my husband’s club sandwich was a joke. There was literally one thin slice, or rather thin wedge of turkey, one very, very, small wedge of ham, one small slice of cheddar and one slice of swiss. The rest of the sandwich comprised lettuce and a few small pieces of tomato. For a $10 club sandwich, we expected much more. A good club sandwich is usually stuffed with meat and cheese. Obviously, we will not be returning.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch today. The service is awful. The cashier was having multiple different conversations with other employees, instead of taking two minutes out of her time to take our order. While taking our order, she put her elbow on the counter and head on her hand, while huffing and puffing as if we were an inconvenience. My boyfriend told her his order, and he has to repeat himself three separate times because she wouldn't stop having side conversations. We sit down and the cook comes up to us, telling us they were out of his order... would have been nice to have known before he ordered it. He told the cashier he wanted Mac n cheese has his side. He got potato salad instead, again, after he said three different times. The restaurant is disgusting. The floors had trash all over them. Tables still had dirty dishes all over them, across the restaurant as a whole. It was hard to actually find a clean table for us to sit at. Disgusting conditions, considering only two other couples sitting and dining. Overall, we won't be coming back. Terrible service, poor staff and the restaurant is disgusting.

Had french dip & broccoli cheddar soup. Was pretty good. Just wish the au jus was a little less salty. Good service, very friendly & polite.

I do not recommend this location. Every mcalister’s I have went to were way better than this dump. The staff is rude, they are very stingy with the meat on potatoes or sandwiches. They have no type of facial expressions or enthusiasm which I don’t understand because don’t come to work if you are going to be rude to customers!!!! I have heard from many most employees are recovering addicts and I feel like they should not be allowed to run a store. The floors look like they are never swept and the tables are never cleaned properly. This place needs to be shut down or ran by more professional people.

Not my best visit. Perhaps I ordered the wrong item as it had too much honey mustard on sandwich. My wife preferred a Ruben and they forgot the sauerkraut and was really skimpy on thousand island dressing.
