This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We bought 3 nugget meals and they argued with us that sauces were not included. Especially Jabba the Hut that was manning the front counter. Making faces and arguing with customers. I truly hope their job is replaced with AI sooner rather than later.

Good place for a quick bite, some days can be very busy. Workers do their job (in a good) but can notice attitude. However they seem to serve customers and perform to the best of their abilities. A experience to be there even for a short period.

Got a sick kid in the car. They ignoring the 2nd speaker. Said hello 4 times. Car pulls up to other speaker & they immediately come over speaker & say hello. Finally someone comes to my speaker but then no one responds to me. Yall suck

The service wasn't slow, but they were distracted.They weren't paying attention to us at all.The food was cold.If you look at the picture of their chicken sandwich online and then you look at the chicken sandwich.They give you they have nothing to do with each other.I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't revisit it again

Stood in line behind one person that had ordered for 10 minutes, while they attempted to fill it. Not a large order, just no organization. Saw about 3 people come back to the counter for missing items, while we waited. Finally left without getting waited on.

They forgot the cheese and egg on my steak biscuit, then other week gave me two sausage McMuffin in stead of a sausage mcgriddle. I want come back to this mc Donald's anymore
I would like to say that Rell (3rd shift manager) DESERVES A RAISE. This was the best problem solving service I have ever received at a McDonalds. She was kind, calm and all of the above. Considering she works 3rd shift the energy was AMAZING!!! I placed a mobile order around 3:30 by the time I arrived they had closed for shift change. Instead of the normal “nothing I can do” attitude. She kept her employees in line and got our problem solved to the best of her ability. Even giving us money out of her own pocket to right a wrong that wasn’t her fault. She is definitely the reason I will be returning and spending my money at this specific McDonalds. THANK YOU RELL!!!

YOU WERE MARVELOUS THIS MORNING! 9:30am-ish. There was something going on at the drive through this morning so I went inside. I was greeted and my order was taken by a trainee who took my order quickly and efficiently. With the trainee was a fantastic trainer who was multitasking yet still very attentive, available and helpful. Another awesome employee brought my order to the counter with a smile! Thank you all for the impressive experience! I hope you all have a 5 star day! You absolutely deserve it! Keep shining!
