It was my husband and I's first time here tonight, and we got served by one of the owners, Johnny. My husband got the shrimp and grits, and I got one of their specials with 4 (HUGE) wings, waffle fries, green beans, a red velvet waffle, and 4 small lemon pepper wings. Everything was beyond delicious. The chicken was so crispy and so well seasoned. The waffle was perfectly fluffy, and drizzled with caramel and cream. Johnny was so friendly and we had some really nice chats with him! This is the place to go if you want real home southern cooking! The food takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the table, but they let you know ahead of time and everything is cooked fresh and in-house. Well worth the wait, I promise!

"I recently visited Nikki’s Chicken & Waffles and I must say, it was an absolute delight! It was vibrant yet cozy, perfect for catching up with friends or watching a game. The menu offered an array of delectable options delicious wings every dish was flavorful and served promptly.But What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only attentive and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and quick to accommodate any requests.But the highlight was the sports viewing experience. The bar had numerous screens playing various sports, allowing you to catch any game you desired. Whether it was football, basketball, or even lesser-known sports, they had it covered.Overall Nikki’s impressed me not only with their great food but also their fantastic service and the ultimate sports watching setup. If you aren't eating Nikki's regularly, you are out of your mind!!! The red velvet waffle, the turtle pecan waffle, the hush puppies, the fish sandwich, shrimp and grits, the Chicken wings, chicken strips, EVERYTHING (and we tried nearly EVERYTHING on that menu!) Was SO far above the norm and surpassed our expectations more and more with each menu item. We were met with an open door by one of the owners, Sat at a table immediately, got our drinks and complimentary home-made chips (regular & salt & vinegar) moments later. The level of service was unparalleled. Super friendly, attentive, made fantastic suggestions, and kept coming over just to chat for a minute. I implore anyone passing through or living local in Greenwood to make time to experience Nikki's Chicken & Waffles Sports Bar. Small diamond of a restaurant that deserves all the success possible. Man. We stopped by on a Monday. It was move in day for my nephew at Lander. This awesome bass player named Mr. Boatwright told me about this place. Let me tell you........ let me tell you about how insane the food was. I walked in. Definitely got the sports bar vibes. Good music, good vibes. Then the menu came. Where do you start? Chicken and Waffles. That's why we are here.It was a decent wait. Just when I was about to question the time this amazing lady brought out a table of perfectly cooked chicken fingers atop some of the most amazing waffles. The flavor was insane. Somewhere between the perfectly fried chicken mixing with the hot sauce and syrup. It was gorgeous. I cannot wait to share this place. Love this place, and send my Anderson and Greenville people down for some of the goods. Two thumbs up!
