Lady at speaker called us big backs for having a “big” order, not very nice. Also half of the ingredients in our two sandwiches were missing. A bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with no bacon or cheese? Not a sausage in sight for the other sandwhich. Bland with no sauce. The sandwich is supposed to have sauce.

This is my second time eating here and unfortunately my last. Service is good but the portion size is so small for what you pay. Spent $35 dollars on 2 soups and 3 sandwiches that had hardly nothing in them. Also is it common for them to just throw your bread in the bag with everything else?

The manager was so sweet to us this evening and even though I know they had a rough day (their drive thru is broke and that's rough for everyone) all the employees were friendly and nice. Thank you Miss Manager for the Hot Cocoa plushie! Made my baby's night.

I’ve never had a bad Panera experience. UNTIL TODAY! They were out of all soups, except onion rings they were out of tomatoes. I wanted to order a chicken pesto sandwich (which doesn’t have tomatoes) and did not want the tomato dip. But the couldn’t give me the sandwich without the dip. Even though I’m ALLERGIC to tomatoes! On top of that the tables were dirty. I’m soo disappointed!

We came through the drive through but service was quick! I tried the broccoli soup and fell in love instantly! I will be ordering this once a week!
I am considering the tables as part of the atmosphere. When you wipe a table over and over with a dirty rag and little, it makes a buildup of gunk. Everything stuck to it. The mango shake was so sour I thought it was spoiled. Girl said it is suppose to be like that. I would have rather eaten in my car. Could not wait to leave.
