I haven't went back to this Panera for a couple months because my orders have been sloppy. Whether it's tons of Mayo, overcooked eggs, big, hard pieces in the avocado, etc.. just very sloppy. I always include a tip ahead of time. The last three times I've been I regret even ordering food. They're expensive sandwiches. I can't do it anymore.

I have never been to this particular location until today. I had Panera one other time in a different city and it was terrible. That was years ago. Today, because of ease of location, I tried this location. I asked the person in the drive-thru what they liked and they gave me a recommendation. I only got a half bc I wasn't sure if I'd like it, I wish I had gotten a whole! Food was great and so was the customer service! I tried to call to let manager know what a great experience I've had but no answer. So if you see this guy at the drive-thru, thank you so much! I'll return now for sure!

I go through the drive through just about every weekday at this location to grab a sips club drink. I've never been disappointed by the service and the folks that work at this store are kind and courteous in my experience. Good soup.
