I ordered pizza and due to previous order submitted wrong address. They took care of it and brought me a fresh pizza. It was great!

I gave them 3 stars cause it was super bowl weekend and they were busy but I asked for extra cheese and I got less cheese than a normal pizza should have

My family and I have gotten pizza from this location far too much for the utmost disrespect I received today. The manager Keisha was incredibly rude for no reason. Here's what happened:
I called in this afternoon (10/25/24) while out running errands to pick up a pizza. "Hi, I need to place an order for pick up please." (Some mumbled & far away response) "I'm sorry, I can barely hear you." All in a pleasant tone, mind you. I got hung up on. Luckily, I had just pulled in to the parking lot. So I walked in to give my order and see what happened. A woman at the front counter steps up and I ask "Are you the person that just hung up on me?" Straight faced with an attitude, she says "yes I am." I'm honestly so taken back by her severe lack of pleasantry right off the bat. I ask if she is even sorry for being so rude and in the same straight faced, non-remorseful tone, she said "I am sorry. What do you want?" (To order) I had asked about what specials they had for medium pizzas and was quickly met with attitude in her tone toward me. At this point, I'm so upset with her, my heart is beating out of my body. I asked for the manager and she quickly stated that she is the manager. I ask for her name - Keisha. I tell little miss Keisha to have a good day and walk out. She told me her last name as I was halfway out the door, IN FRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND HER EMPLOYEES. I was so upset, I couldn't ask to hear it again and kept walking. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment in any setting. No business deserves customer's business with managers like that. I did absolutely nothing rude or wrong toward her to deserve it in the first place. As long as people like that are serving the community, Papa John's will not have our business.

The pizza is usually great here. But the past few times I've gotten pizza here it's been incorrect. I got a shaq-a-roni and they didn't even put peperoni on it. How you forget the peperoni on a peperoni pizza is beside me.

Ordered a couple 1 topping pizzas with pepperoni and got charged extra for the pepperoni. Apparently they consider cheese as the 1 topping. Cheese is standard on a pizza, not a “topping” unless you get extra cheese.
