Love this place

Have visited twice in a row. Charged incorrectly both times. Attempted to correct the worker the first time and was still charged differently from what the menu says. During my second time, I was ignored at the window for about 5 minutes and was still charged more than I should have. Both employes found it very “funny” handing us our snow cones. Great snow cones but horrible customer service.

Love it! Such great snow cones and so many flavors to choose from! The cashiers have always been friendly each time I’ve gone. There’s only outdoor seating but it looks really nice. There a cornhole game in front as well and a tic tac toe game at the colorful picnic tables. Great place for parties or just to hang out with friends.

It’s was my and my little sisters first time here, we were looking for places with good ice cream when we passed by the place there were people dressed up as a shark and a dinosaur i pointed them out to my little sister and asked her if she wanted to try the place so we did when we got off my little sister asked if she could hug the shark and the dinosaur and they agreed she was so happy that she was beaming, when we went to the line it was short and there were so many flavors than I felt overwhelmed with what to try but when it was my turn in line they told me to take my time my sister got the shark attack and I got the wild strawberry they were so good!! The place was so colorful and it just felt like a happy environment to get away from reality for a bit, There were games to play at the tables and some corn toss I think that’s what is called but over all this was a AMAZING experience!! and I will recommend it to all of my friends.

This place was AMAZING!! It was really crowded when we got there because it had just recently opened. Although there was a huge line we still managed to order and get our snowcones in under 7 minutes! It was really colorful outside and had alot of delicious flavors! If you are looking for a sweet treat during the day, I really recommend this place! The employees were so sweet and generous!!

Parking: There was plenty of parking space!!

Kid-friendliness: There is lots of games to play there. They have Tic-Tac-Toe and cornhole!

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp leading up to the ordering place and there was no spots that looked like a problem for wheelchairs.

We’re here every day! We ofc have our favorites, mine is french vanilla and Brandon’s is egg custard with cream! super sweet people and the best snocones!

Great snowballs and great atmosphere. The staff is kind and the snowballs are tasty! So many flavors to choose from- snow cream is my favorite!

Awesome service and great people. I got the limited time s’mores and it was very good! To the comment before mine, I have been to many Pelicans and none of them have public bathrooms…

I’ve never had Pelican’s before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My experience was amazing. I tried a few different flavors and enjoyed every one of them. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was great! I will be returning!

Good shaved ice but not having a bathroom at a place that primarily for children is a negative.
