The waitress was absolutely awsome, made suggestions which were delicious, she suggested salads plus which part of the menu was for lunches. That was awsome, the salads were nothing more than delicious. She came back several times to make sure everything was good, the food was beyond delicious, my daughter & I were totally content.

This Red Lobster is great! Today I had the grilled Salmon and broccoli, the salmon was prepared perfectly and my server Ladeja was fantastic. She had a great positive vibe and made sure my experience was great! Thank you!

Best experience at red lobster ever. Laila was an awesome server. The music was vibing. Our compliments to the chef, I have never had food this good! An awesome bday celebration for me. Yummmmy! Awesome, would eat again soon

I ordered the Alaskan Crab legs and they were not fresh, the shell was soft and bendable and the meat stuck to the inside of the shell, very disappointing to say the least.

I took my mom here for dinner on this evening, she's old school and really likes Red Lobster although there are many newer restaurants that are much better choices. We had a very attentive, pleasant, and communicative waiter, Danny, who took great care of us. We had the Seafood stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and of course the cheddar bay biscuits. The mushrooms were pretty good and the biscuits were fresh. My mom got the shrimp Trio which she seemed to definitely enjoy. I initially ordered the Sesame soy Salmon Bowl but a lady, who I'm assuming is the manager, came out and was very pleasant and said that they were out of Brussel sprouts. I decided to try a lobster and shrimp linguini instead. When it came out it was literally overly drenched in a creamy sauce and once I attempted to eat it, the noodles were a little overcooked and it was a combination of thick sauce and then watery sauce at the bottom of the bowl. I told Danny that I don't usually sand food back but this time I could not force myself to eat it, he was understanding. I asked if I could just order the regular salmon with two sides and that didn't seem to be a problem. I waited at least 30 minutes for the food to come out before I just told the waiter to cancel the order because at this point my mom was done with her food and I really didn't trust it because the lady came back out and passed us a couple times but never acknowledged me so I'm guessing she was upset that I sent the Linguini back. Instead of communicating if she had an issue with it she proceeded to speak with a table across from us and tell them that they were out of queso did but that they could try the Lobster Dip and if they didn't like it she would take it off their bill. So apparently she was a bit more pleasant with them than she was with me for whatever reason. Overall, I'm glad my mom enjoyed her meal however we would never go back to this place. If you decide to go, ask for Danny because he was great!

My biscuits were not fresh and the food was tasteless and lacked sauce. There need to be consistency. The head cook needs Supervision bc this should not hv happened. This experience was at the Greenwood, SC location.
