I can tell you as a native texan an.d long time customer of shipleys that there is nothing better than shipleys donuts and kolaches. I just got back from vacationing in San Antonio and miss them already. My wife and I just discovered your location online. I will be there tomorrow.

Placed an online order to be ready at 9:39 and it wasn't ready until 9:58 with loud and aggressive complaining coming from the staff about not wanting to make our order. Super glad they made everything at different times so my donuts are cold, and my iced coffee fully melted before they even packaged the kolaches. Terrible experience, will not be returning
kolaches were correct while 2 were made completely with the wrong ingredients (sausage and jalapenos instead of bacon). Definitely will be advising people to avoid

Awful experience. Placed an online order and arrived 5 minutes before the estimated time for pick up. The order was half packed while we waited an additional 15 minutes for the orders they hadn't even started to cook/heat any food for while our other food and coffees sat on the counter. Terrible service that doesn't pay any attention.

They must’ve changed the ingredients. The donut holes doesn’t taste the same as the donut holes at Shipley’s in Houston, Texas…

Menu board broken, Donut holes were hard and stale I swear they were from yesterday because I came first thing this morning and they didn't even reheat! and I got Sprite and it was nothing but carbonated water, no wonder y'all don't get any business, everything here is awful, so bad I wouldn't have even taken if it were free, and that's saying a lot bc I eat jst Abt anything!

Worst experience. Ordered through the app. Drove from Augusta, when we were 10 minutes from the location they called letting go me k ow they can't fulfill the order then refused to refund my $130. Spoke to manager and she was extremely rude and immature.
