125 stars expire Dec 1 I use 100 for an apple croissant and ask to use 25 for an expresso shot. He told me I could not. I had to use 200 points for an expresso shot..

I will never walk foot into that place again. Service was poor, store was dirty and all I ordered was a hot chocolate and a toasted everything bagel and got sick about 2 hours later. I was very pissed and extremely disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ž

This was my first visit inside the store in Greenwood. Once I entered, there were about 4 workers behind the counter. I stood at the counter reviewimg the menu. I continued to wait to be greeted and helped. After waiting 5 minutes without acknowledgement, I left.

Lately my drink, Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Expresso, has been nothing but milk! These drinks are too pricey to be 95% Milk and Ice! They need to do better. I think today was my last time visiting Starbucks!

U know, my order is always simple, yet no one can get it right. Light ice is the only extra thing I request and it's NEVER light ice. There's prob 1/4th of the actual drink in there. It's not hard, yet light ice seems to be sonething that thru jst can't comprehend!!!!!! And this time, there was no brown sugar shaken anything in my brown sugar shaken expresso! Its jst cold coffee w milk! Wth starbucks, do better! And u take the phone off the hook so u don't have to deal w your screw ups! When a customer is spending 8 dollars for a stupid drink, u better at least make it drinkable! Its really my fault actually for even spending my money at a place like that. I'm done w starbucks, we need to support smaller coffee shops anyway.

Was double charged twice when I used the app and Starbucks refused to make it right and because of that I will never recommend or go back! Paid $60 for 4 cold coffees on two different days. Robbery!
