They had bugs everywhere couldn't enjoy my food because I didn't know if the roaches was eating with me the staff always arguing with each other and the old man is just not knowing what's going on he use his hands without gloves and it's black stuff all in the ice the store needs to be shut down and refixed

Dirty online order 30 min before I got to pick it up and they hadn't even started them. Forgot cheese for pretzels that they almost forgot! One employee stood talking at drive through window for 15 minutes and finally came to help. Food was messy and sloppy!!

Let me start off by saying this isn’t the first, second or third time this has happened at this location. I keep Saying maybe it will change and get better. I placed a mobile order at 8:02PM last night, app said ready at 8:25. I pull up to the drive thru and sat there and waited and waited. After 7 minutes of just sitting there I pull Up to the window. There is maybe 3 customers in line, I get It y’all are “busy” but no one comes to the window after 6 mins so I drive away to park to go in to get my food. All the doors are LOCKED. Multiple people were trying to get in to get their online orders, but can’t. Customers are literally driving around and around the building trying to figure out what is wrong. 3 workers, 2 making subs and 1 mopping the floor. This is the last time I will Order from this location. I much rather drive out of the way to get better service. On top of that, the sub wasn’t even good. One bite and I had to throw it out. I’m the type of person to forgive and forget… but not after 4 times!!

When they are Open, the food is always good.The problem is, they close any time they want. I have seen the store closed as early as 6 pm and Any given day. Store Hours sign means absolutely NOTHING!

It would be alright if the card machine or app purchases worked. Seems they are always having tech issues. The online order ahead is always down or off, despite their road sign that says order ahead online on the app, or they only accept cash. Seems to happen a lot more than just once in a while with tech issues. So, I decided to leave this review because it happens constantly.

There was only 2 varieties of bread, and the white bread that I didn't want was gooey even after it was toasted. My sandwich was made twice. It was kind of crazy. After making my daughter's sandwich and circling what she wanted, the sandwich still wasn't made right. Asked for two bottles of sprite, she gave me a soda on ice. I just paid for the food and left.

I wrk 3rd don't always want breakfast when I get off they are so close to the house But they ARE NEVER OPEN and online said it was confirmed 2 weeks ago that they were open
