Came to the store at 9:20 and they said they put up all there food and didn't have any thing to make a sub with ,why say store close at 10 if you gone close at 9:30 anyway

Do not go to this subway. Me and another guy had same issue. Frozen meat and meatballs. The girls behind the counter had no clue what to do. Even the lady from the store side saw it. I carried the receipt back today and didn't get a sorry, screw you ....nothing the manager did say she'd refund my money. I told her to use it to train her employees.

This place is horrible. EVERY time we ate here they would mess our food up. Stopped eating here for a while and we decided to give them another try today. Never again!! First, the lady tried to give me the wrong bread. Then she made it with half the meat falling off. I asked for a little bit of mayo and the lady poured ALOT of mayo on my sandwich. Get home to see all the mayo and to find out my bread my so hard that I couldn't even eat my sandwich!!

Just so y'all know it's extremely rude for someone to come in and u move away from making subs and ask another worker to make it because you don't want to serve them and when they speak to you and you ignore them very unprofessional and disrespectful. Berry poor customer service at this location

Don’t bother ordering on the app. You can order 30 minutes in advance for ONE sub, and there be no customers in the parking lot..

The employees are too busy hanging out in the back, & acting surprised when their mobile order comes in for their food.

45 minutes for a sandwich, when you’re the only person there.. is pathetic

Do not order within an hour of closing ? my husband and I have both worked in the food industry and understand it can be irritating but we placed an order about an hour until closed and received a phone call saying we couldn’t get either sub we wanted because they were out of Meatballs, tuna, turkey, steak and cold cut meats (I’d assume they trashed them since it was an hour until close on a Wednesday) We asked to call them back and tried to find something they could make. I was planning to make sure to tip on pick up for the inconvenience and then when I called back They told us they couldn’t make the substitutions either but the entire time the girl on the phone had a really bad attitude and you could tell she didn’t want to make anything. At that point I decided to just ask her to cancel the online order for me and she just said “bye” and hung up before I was finished speaking. Now I’m driving to Taco Bell to get dinner instead.
