Great service and wonderful cooked to order food. They don’t play! They take customer service seriously. Always smiles when they come to your table. Wish they would open a place near 72 going to Abbeville. The old McAlister Deli location. Just an idea.

I called to place an order for a steak bomb hoagie. I spoke with a young lady and was explicit on how I wanted my sandwich. No provolone, lettuce, tomato, extra mayonnaise and grilled onions.
What I received was a mediocre sandwich that was definitely not giving the representation of what was on the website.
I called the restaurant back and explained what I received did not depict what I requested. I spoke with the same young lady.
After, going back and forth. She stated I could get a refund.
There was no conversation of bringing back the food. Now,please know I asked could I forward a picture of what I received.
Her only response was a refund will be issued.upon returning to the restaurant a refund was denied because the food was not brought back and of course I was hit with the “Who did you speak with?” And no refund will be issued.
It is 100 degrees outside and what we are not going to do is go back and forth over my $15 I wasted patronizing your restaurant.
I am very aware of where I am right now. I don’t expect the level of professionalism that I would receive elsewhere. Facts.
The hoagie was weak in its presentation. And my request was not fulfilled. .
I will not be patronizing your restaurant anymore and your customer service is not giving.
I knew when I came for my refund it would be something extra with it.
Respectfully, to have the perception of being deceitful and not honest regarding a $15 situation does not apply to me.
Please take pictures of your food before you leave as someone is clearly not listening that maybe taking your order.

They adjusted their menu item to make it gluten free. Wait staff was pleasant and helpful. . /

I placed an online order. Baked Potato was hard to the touch and when I cut it open, it was brown. You can tell it had been sitting all day or left from the day before. Wings also cold. I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant until tonight.

Food and prices are great! However, I've been here twice in the past week and was the only person of color in the place. Both times, I was completely ignored until I loudly asked if anyone was going to take my order. I drive from Joanna to greenwood specifically for t.w. boons food.. only to be ignored. As I'm typing this review, a Caucasian couple walks in and the waitress immediately gave them menus and took their drink orders, the same waitress that passed my table 4 times and never offered a menu or to take my order. I like the food and prices but I will not be coming back anytime soon

Spent the afternoon in the ER. Wanted a good sit down dinner. Boons was a fantastic surprise. Hubby loved his steak and loaded potato. I gobbled up my grilled shrimp. Waitress was excellent drinks stayed full. Highly recommended Boons.

I’ve been coming here for a while, and I generally really enjoy their food. Their wings are delicious and their servers are always nice. I enjoy the bar area upstairs. However, I went recently and was kind of shocked by just how filthy the restaurant itself is. The restroom downstairs had not been cleaned in what looked like weeks - and when I went in, there were remnants of vomit on the floor and toilet. When I walked out of the restroom, I saw one roach coming out of the kitchen, and one on the floor in the dining area. I like this restaurant and have no complaints about their food, but I felt so grossed out by the lack of cleanliness recently. I hope they can make some changes in this area!

Placed a to-go order for fried mushrooms and two orders of shrimp & grits. Called and placed order & was told it would be ready in about 15 min. Arrived in about 10-15 and the order was ready. It was well packed for a Togo order with plasticware. The fried mushrooms were very good and the shrimp & grits were very good. The only thing that I would ask for in the future would be for more grits in the order to balance the amount sauce and shrimp count. Otherwise a perfect dish. We will be back to eat-in in the future when time permits! Great job.!
